Fairfield Inn & Suites Belle Vernon

Great little place to stay. Very clean and all of the staff was very helpful and friendly. A little noisy sitting right next to the freeway. Didn't check out the pool, but breakfast was nice.

Amazing stay, will definitely use Marriott facilities in the future! If I could change one thing, it would be curtains that shut out the light completely. I was on the 2nd floor, lovely room, but drapes don't shut fully, only sheers. Other than that, room, staff and entire stay was AMAZING!

Our room was excellent. We had a suite with two queen beds. Beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. Furniture was thoughtfully designed - two round moveable tables that could be put beside bed for my husband's CPAP; two outlets in the lamp base on the night stand between the beds; two USB ports in the alarm clock on the night stand; three places to lay out suitcases; comfortable couch; large desk area; large counter area around bathroom sink. However, room service was nonexistent. At check-in we were given a choice of no room service or room service every-other day. We chose every-other day. We stayed three nights and room service never showed up. Sign in the bathroom said to drop towels on the floor if you wanted them replaced. We dropped them on the floor and they were still laying there when we checked out. The free breakfast was also disappointing. Juice machine was out of order, sausages were uncooked, waffles looked nice but taste was disappointing. There were packaged muffins, but no donuts.

No stay. My reservation was cancelled by Hotel .com or Fairfield. I arrived @6pm to find my confirmation was canceled and the hotel was full. No others available after driving 600 miles that day. Completely unacceptable

The hotel itself was great, and staff very friendly. The hotel is located abut an interstate, which makes it noisy. We were awaken by noisy trucks through the night. Like many hotels, the window let in outside light to a marked degree, even with a black out curtain. The facilities were quite fine.

It was fine with the exception the room I reserved wasn’t giving to me and the person denied offering the room I reserved and wouldn’t change it. Didn’t rest well or accommodated. 1st time in 2 years going there.

Pool was closed for cleaning! Really, was to open 8:am in morning, but it didnot. Breakfeast was disappointing.

I am disappointed in **********, which gave this hotel a good recommendation. It was very unsatisfactory. Wwhen we first checked in, the bathtub had dried up strings of caulk. Although the phone had a dial signal, the dialer did not work. I one of the other guests targeted my room with knocks on the door and wall. I was traveling with kids and they thought they made too much noise. I was scared for us all. The breakfast was very bad. The eggs were soaking in some sort of buttery broth. It looked dangerous to eat. They had waffles in vending machine packages that tasted like a sugar candy bar. The pool is too small to call a pool. The proximity and orientation of the hotel is such that we heard freeway traffic all night long. The lobby had a collapsed ceiling with the workers fixing it next to the breakfast area. One good thing. Plenty of parking—no customers

Stayed here for a family trip. When you walk in the restaurant area is cautioned off because the ceiling is falling down.( im guessing a water leak. The room was clean. No lotion in the bathroom. My kids wanted to go swimming rhe next morning. There was a poopy diaper floating around in the pool. I went and told the front desk and it seemed like the already knew it was in there!!! My kids actually dipped there feet in the pool before they saw it. Why was the door not locked is my question if they knew. They did have the closed sign on the pool sign (that you would not see if you werent looking). They did finally print out a sign and put it on the door. The pool was closed for over 24 hours so my kids never got to swim which is very disappointing for kids!!! The breakfast on monday was good. Scrambled eggs, cheese omlets, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, bacon, fruit, pre packaged muffins, bagels, cereal, & oatmeal. The second day all there was was breakfast sandwiches , cereal & bagels. This was our first stay at a Marriott fairfield inn and it was probably our last!!!
