3 stars because: * place was good. Registration - Receptionist first day after comming took from us a deposite for towel - 10 euro. It was a normal. But At last day he forget about this and want to cheat as. This was not good. Karoke party was only for Russians. When we want to girl from Poland sing something in polish language guy (animatator) told us that we cannot because people are sleeping, but someone from Russian want. It’s not a problem. He to shout at me…. Bar was ok, but when milk finished. That nobody can buy another to the end of day…😬 Every day was the same on the pool and this pleace. Rooms are very ok. Clean and nice. We have problem with a card in our room. We told about this in reception. Nobody help us, just ignored.. When we was mini bar closed because they to prepare a party for Dj Kora LOVA… in another bar they have only a waffers and don’t speak English. In reception if asking that they speak English. Conversations started in English but they changed and want to talk Russians. ***? Not international Hotel. Stay was pleasant. Food - hm every day barbeques .. it is a dream something fit :) Beach was private - it was good and have a nice view. Lifeguard was very nice 💕 I lost my password to wifi and a girl from reception was not nice. She told me that „It was better not to Lose him”. I think that it was not her business. Wifi cost 15 euro per 7 days. It a different in photo in social media and reality. It will be nice, when hotel will a open from another people from another place in world than Russia.

Great place with great people. Service better then expected. Assistant manager and manager ( Fehime) was really trying to help us when we need help. Food really delicious. I am recommending everyone to spend time in this hotel. You will be treated like all inclusive guests should be treated.

We had such a good time staying here. The bar staff were very good and friendly. The animation team was also amazing, we had lots of funny times with them and we will miss them all. We were the only English people here however we were made to feel very welcome and had an enjoyable holiday.

We had a rest with friends, we all liked it very much, beautiful clean food, very tasty, special thanks to a girl named Nargiza, a very good girl helped with any problem. Very very good everything lovely Thank you For everything. We'll come again.

I stayed for a short time to experience the hotel. But I must say that I had a very nice winter holiday. I plan to come again next year in the summer season cause I think it’ll be more fun and active then. The area is not far from the city. The welcome was very nice. All staff are very friendly. Everything was fine on this holiday where we escaped from the crowds

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GOING HERE! Worst hotel we have ever been. We were standing at the reception more than 5 hours waiting to check in. We were accommodated in the room with no window (and no balcony )! 10 overningtsin darkness for two 11 years children with no any window! They changed the room after 3 o/n - not so easy, after convincing that it is not normal to live like in cellar in darkness (at least for children) on normal people vacation. Could not see any room description and was not informed that there it is some opotunity to be acommodated in a room without any windows. The hotel premises were really dirty - dirty surfaces, dirty floor, dirty elevator (somebody spilled some drinks here - no any cleaning for several days). Dirty plates, glassees and coffe cups. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GOING HERE! Stayed June 22 - July 2

The hotel was so nice. I really like the foods especially deserts and Turkish foods. The view was peacefull and made me feel so calm. And employees were so helpful. It was a nice getaway trip for me. I hope I’ll be back in next year with my friends.

Good hotel and good Service for the staff. Staff very kind and good smile. The room very clean and very cozy. The food very delicius. Nice holiday. Beach club in the hotel very fun. Everyday i am with my friends go to the beach club hotel.
