Seligweiler Hotel & Restaurant

DO NOT SLEEP AT THIS HOTEL, THERE ARE BED BUGS EVERYWHERE AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK. EVEN THOUGH I SLEPT AT ANOTHER HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE BED BUGS! YOU CAN CHECK THE CURTAIN IN THE PICTURE TO CONFIRM THAT IT IS SELIGWEILER HOTEL.

First off room was clean but bed left my back & neck in pain. Staff were abrupt bordering on rude. Wifi was rubbish to the point of non existent. Close to the motorway but beyond a single night stay at the last minute after a day driving, not likely to recommend.

We stayed one night in the hotel as we where driving by. This is obviousley a place most people stay one night as they pass by. The hotel rooms are small and loud. No AC or ventilation at all. The rooms were very warm (even when outside temperatures were around 18-20). Since there is no ventilation at all you need to have the window open. Half of the hotel faces the autobahn meaning there is alot of noise. There was a bar right under our window, meaning we also heard loud talking/laughing etc from them, as well as the smell of smoke coming into our room. The rooms were not cleaned properly. All the beds where full of hair as if someone had already slept in them. There where also leftover hair in the bathroom. After contacting the reception i was given the possibility to change to two different rooms. Both of them also had the same issues. The staff didnt know what to do or say, so the issue where not resolved nor compensated. The breakfast however where of good quality, and is the only positive experience after staying at this hotel. I would not stay here again in the warmer dummer months. I would also not recommend staying 3+ persons in one room as it will be cramped and the air quality will be awful.

Check in experience was unsatisfactory. Check in was listed as after 4pm, but we and others were kept waiting until after 4.30pm as rooms were not ready.

Nice clean rooms and front desk people very helpful. Recommended several places in downtown ULM which were great. Would stay here again.

Staff spoke very good English food was really good. Walk fir the dog st the back. Sadly we got a twin room that would have suited older children a double would have made the experience near Perfect

Breakfest good..eoom good..salades for the money bad.

Room was basic and mattress ok. Pillow was of no use whatsoever. Nothing in it and only one. Very inconsiderate delivery driver parked his lorry outside our window with fridge running at 6am. You can turn the fridge off when making deliveries! Restaurant was ridiculous. Waited 30 minutes for someone to take drinks order when not particularly busy. When we asked staff to take order, we were just ignored. Several times this happened. This continued though out the night. Got the impression they didn’t like people from the UK as the locals were getting prompt service. Should have gone to Burger King next door. Wouldn’t recommend
