Basic hotel…hotel no longer provided breakfast although it stated the price paid with free breakfast

Clean room . Friendly and helpful clerks. Stayed there for about a week . Had no problems . Hotel is very quiet and peaceful

Front desk lady was sweet, room refrigerator was dirty, had someone elses food, bed was nor comfy, was not told at check in that there would not be breakfast nor coffee in the morning. Will never stay again.

The entire hotel is dirty. The room with really dirty carpets, walls , the towels are rotten, there is no tv in the room , there is no breakfast so that’s a lie ! I’ll never como back !

The furniture and finishes in the hotel were in need of renovation. There were holes worn through the carpet in my room. At least one door to the outside would not close properly. I found the complementary breakfast buffet to be meager.

5 day stay. sister lives in el Paso in a small apartment. Needed a hotel nearby and though La Quinta was a good option. Hotel is dated and dirty. Service was good the first 2 days l. after that it was not good.

The hotel was extremely dirty. We did not have any TV service during our stay. I called and went down to the front desk. The Front Desk lady hung up on me and when I went down to see her, she basically said I have no idea the TV was working in the lobby but she said they didn’t have Internet, not sure how everything else worked and she was able to conduct business without the Internet

The door to the room would not deadbolt. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom, and rust literally dripping off the fire sprinkler in the bathroom. The sheets had stains that looked like they couldn't wash out and there was a big KoolAid red stain on the carpet.

The property is a little dated and needs physical plant improvement and updates. The carpet in the halls is old, dirty and torn in spots. The elevator is extremely slow and its floor needs replacing. The rooms are clean. The hot water is hot. The shower head is powerful.
The property is an extended stay facility so linens and
towels are not replaced.
I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. They provide scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, bagels, bread, muffins, varied juices, coffee and two waffle makers.
Overall it was an acceptable property for the price.
