My three night stay was very pleasant in a very roomy and comfortable room. The water in the shower was delicious, the bed was comfortable, the pillows not so much for my taste, the breakfast was very nice, the staff really helpful. I would really stay here again and maybe try the spa, I was so busy with all the activities in town that I did not visit it. I did have dinner once in the hotel and the food was very good as well as the service. One is expected to make reservations for it because they sometimes have large groups, that is was not the case during my stay.

Perfect location for El Chalten, probably the best hotel here. Very good service, nice small spa, good breakfast. Bicycles present to do some discovery locally. Can exchange here. Nice fresh rooms with good facilities. Wifi very weak, but that is a town issue (fiber stop at start of village due to local issues).

Rooms and amenities are great. Bar, lounge area and breakfast are very good. Parking road side is easy. Walk to town and restaurants. Very close to hiking trails as well. The only thinking about this review process that I don’t like is insisting on 200 characters!

Perfect stay. Nice room with luxury bed, bathroom etc. Delicious food and great service at the restaurant and bar. Nice hot tub and pool. Only minor issue was that the gym was suboptimal with only one treadmill that did not work. Recommend highly.

Recommended🙏🏻 The staff was super helpful and nice! Especially Valentina who was extremely kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. It really made ua feel taken care of! We used the spa and road the free bicycle around the town. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and pleasant, the shower was amazing🫶🏼

Quaint alpine styled hotel. Super friendly staff. Laundry service , nice small pool and hot tub. Restaurant bar available. nicest hotel in El Chalten . Room is comfortable and clean - no air conditioning but not needed - had the window open and neighborhood quiets down at night .

Great hotel: large rooms, comfortable beds, coffee/tea in room, large hot tub/heated pool, great breakfast, on site restaurant and bar. Location great. We were a family of 4 in 2 room during a Backroads hiking trip. Helpful staff. Recommend, no complaints!

Almost five stars apart from no hot water one evening and a blocked toilet. But apart from that very nice rooms and service. Good breakfast although could do with some decent bread. Clearly not enough Germans staying here! The spa was great to ease hiking aches. Very convenient for start of all hiking trails but 20 min walk from the bus station. Most restaurants within ten min walk.
