Good location, close to town centre and yet not noisy. Front desk spoke good English. Breakfast is so so and they charge for eggs. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Many power points inside room and hot water is available free of charge in the sitting area.

This well-designed hotel is a gem in Patagonia and is a centrally-located haven close to the main street with a lovely park, shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable and quiet. Exploring the Perito Moreno Glacier nearby was the stuff of dreams. We hope to come back some day!

Hotel bem localizado (centro da cidade), agradável, em local bem silencioso. Quarto confortável, porém não muito espaçoso. Limpeza ótima. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Não tem ar condicionado e passamos um pouco de calor por causa disto. Café da manhã saboroso, porém com pouca variedade de itens

Excelente hotel y excelente ubicacion, a una cuadra del centro de calafate. Personal de muy buena predisposicion, muy amables. Habitaciones confortables, calentitas. Desayuno bastante completo. Llegamos antes y nos dieron la habitacion antes del check in establecido. Nos encantó

Al llegar fuimos recibidos muy amablemente por la persona encargada de la recepción, lo que también sucedió con todos quienes se desempeñaron en ese lugar. La habitación triple es amplia, las camas muy cómodas y el baño tiene jacuzzi. Todo lució impecable. El desayuno es abundante y la atención del personal también fue adecuado. En resumen un hotel que tiene una muy buena relación precio- calidad y con el agregado de la empatía que tiene todo el personal Felicitaciones!!!

Hermosa decoración , el hotel está muy bien ubicado a una cuadra de la calle principal pero en un lugar tranquilo y algo escondido, ideal para caminar a todos lados de la ciudad y múltiples restaurantes cercanos, el desayuno es algo limitado pero la confitería tiene una hermosa vista

Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, bien equipadas y muy confortables. La atención es excelente. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y ofrece un rico desayuno. Tiene computadora a disposición de los huéspedes y cuenta con un playroom súper equipado con diferentes juegos de mesa.

Tuve la mejor experiencia que un cliente puede tener de un hotel, ya que tenía programado mi viaje y por un error que aún no logro entender de Aerolíneas Argentinas, me cancelaron mi reserva sin previo aviso. El hotel no me cobró ninguna penalidad por la cancelación.

Estuvimos con mi marido el mes pasado, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas y bien ambientadas. La limpieza es excelente, como la atención de todo el personal. El desayuno no es muy variado pero tiene buenos productos, muy rico el pan y la mermelada casera. Inmejorable la ubicación, excelente relación precio-calidad.
