The hotel is very clean, the rooms are big, the slide is great for the children (and 4 me 😋), the pool is beautiful & comfortable & dinner was tasty. We are going to this hotel every year since the children were born. They have all kind of rooms.

Big parking problem so if you don't have an app name Pango to pay with your credit card you can't park in the front of the hotel. The back gated free parking can fill about 100 cars when this hotel probably have about 700 rooms! Therefor I couldn't park the car nowhere at night and needed to wait in the car for hour until someone moved his car.
The rooms looks from the 90's . its time to renovate.
The pools are small with a lot of kids.
2 hours when I ask for the refund policy paper the manager told me they don't have one and just that there is no refund.
Not recommending this hotel.

The rooms were large clean and comfortable. The store in the first floor had tons of great groceries. Location was great. So family friendly.

Amazing staff, Spacious room, good location. Very family friendly so if you have children great, if not don’t stay here. We heard babies crying when we were trying to sleep and almost every piece of furniture was stained.

The only thing I would appreciate more is if the hotel can include is the breakfast.

2 nights of family vacation.
The room was nice and clean and very comfortable.
We got a room with no kitchen and no meals.
We had all we need from the minimarket in the hotel
Hotel pools are great but the water is a bit cold in October.
Go between the holidays and not during the holiday itself to save money and headache.
There are way fewer people.
