This Inn is located very near West Edmonton Mall, with 5 mins drive. This is a no-frill inn, with all you need. However, keep in mind it is really easy to hear somone talking in the corridor, so please the voice down to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay.

I spent one night after staying in a hotel I didn’t like but this hotel was great. You will be close to the big mall and easy to get around with Uber

My stay was just a weekend getaway, getting there was tricky with the location and road /traffic.. Checkin was great , but the fact they don’t have an elevator is a little annoying… heavy suitcase and health issues … room was clean , beds are hard but fine… I would stay again , price was great

You got fairly good value for the cost of the room. The rooms were ok. No gym or breakfast. Just bare room. Would rent it again.

I liked that we had easy access to our room being on the main floor and was able to use the sliding doors to get in and out.

Never got a chance to stay there as they wouldn't take my credit card. The staff were terrible as I had already paid for the room and then they needed a deposit. I believe there staff were predjuidced towards me being a First Nations person. The experience made me never want stay at a comfort Inn again.

Check in staff was ehhhh and unfriendly. I dont know if it’s policy but I didn’t like being called while I was busy and being asked when I was going to check in. But the morning staff was lovely!!

I was absolutely disgusted when I noticed these 2 bugs crawling right beside my head! On the second night of my stay too. Where were they the first night? Where did they even come from? More importantly, where did they go?? By the time I had hyped myself up to squash them, they were nowhere to be found. Although, I didn't look *too* hard. I just hoped and prayed that the cookie I left on the floor would lure them away from me long enough to get a little sleep. NEVER staying here again.
