房間簡約，有電熱寶，可以喝到熱水和咖啡，很不錯！熱水很好，洗澡很舒服！環境優美安靜，可以睡個好覺！最重要的是，酒店在一個森林公園中，氧保和度很好！每天神清氣爽！酒店離公交站和家樂福超市很近，購物方便！

我的客户退房時卻説沒付房款 需要客人付款
搞得很尷尬 後經平台協調才放行
説明酒店前台管理有問題
就這一點 以後都不會再考慮預訂！

Fantastic service from local management (Nicolas & Loic) in helping to correct a digitally manufactured overcharge. I was scrolling my phone to book a stay at the Campanile in Villefranche sur Saone & just before selection the page loading changed (often & irritatingly!) so that I accidentally selected the Ecully hotel. On phoning the central Campanile Management hub within minutes of the accidental mis-selection, I was met with a "Computer says NO" type response. The woman could read off her screen exactly what had just happened but "couldn't help me". Fortunately the strategically sighted humans (named above) were far more honourable and flexible. They listened to my story & refunded me the full amount that I had accidentally paid them. Great kudos! 👌 Will certainly stay there if travelling to Lyon in the near future. I did manage to book the Campanile at Villefranche sur Saone stay by the way 😊

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles affichées. Les chambres sont minimalistes, sans déco et sans confort, voire déprimantes. Le pommeau de la douche était cassée et la baignoire usée. Bref les chambres semblent datées d'une autre époque et ne correspondent plus aux standards actuels. L'insonorisation est également insuffisantes. La qualité du service à la réception laisse à désirer : la personne ne demande pas si tout s'est bien passé et de plus essaye de facturer le petit-déjeuner en plus pour les enfants alors que le prix de la réservation incluait le petit-déjeuner. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est correct.

Hotel agréable pour une étape personnel accueillant et souriant le petit déjeuner est a la hauteur du mercure ou novotel que nous fréquentons régulièrement tres bon rapport qualité prix les plats du restaurant sont copieux nous sommes satisfaits et ne comprenons pas les avis négatifs ils ne correspondent pas a l image de cet établissement c est étrange …

Bâtiment défraîchi, mobilier usé, salle de bain endommagée et on ajoute un chauffage en panne par temps de gel. Cela mérite zéro sur cinq. Comment la chaîne Campanile laisse cet hôtel dans cet état est incompréhensible. Je donne quand même 2 pour le personnel souriant qui faut son maximum et le petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. A quand une rénovation en profondeur ?

Personnel sympatique, seul point positif. Je suis en manteau dans ma chambre tellement il fait froid malgré le chauffage soufflant qui fait plus de bruit qu'il ne chauffe. Je suis gelée. Pas de couverture supplémentaire dans l'armoire. La couette est toute fine. 134€ pour ces conditions c'est du vol. Serviettes rèches, chambres vieilles, pas d'accessoir dans la salle de bain (seche cheveux) baignoire vieille avec des traces... je ne remettrai jamais les pieds ici.
