We stayed at this Inn a few years ago and were quite satisfied with the accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised at this stay, with the upgrades they have made.

Stayed for one night to visit Provincetown. Our room was very cozy and quiet! Check in was quick and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Goo basic no-frills lodging. Friendly staff. One of the few motels in the area that will take a one-night reservation.

Great place to stay if you keep your expectations straight. I had an emergency and need to leave a day early. Got a refund with no questions asked. Very close to the rail trail.

The back yard is great and the motel is on the bike path. My bed was cheap, not comfortable; but not a deal breaker

Not clean, had spider webs and stains on the sheets. We actually ended up sleeping elsewhere as we were not comfortable here.
Location was decent and close to beaches and P-Town.
