Absolutely beautiful place. Warm welcome from Gaynor. Had room 2. 🤩 wow. Fantastic balcony with sea view. Massive room bath shower. Bathroom massive. Whole room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast pre booked night before but was fresh and in plenty. Fresh milk in fridge in bedroom. Free parking directly outside. Bus stops about 1 minute away. Great for exploring Eastbourne. Brighton. Highly recommend this B&B. It’s a little gem with a fantastic host

My husband and I visited this B&B in Eastbourne in September 2023. Gaynor had great communication, initially taking the booking and answering all our questions. On arrival Gaynor greeted us with warmth and sincerity. Our room had everything we needed for the hottest week of the year. Including a balcony which was great for sea view and people watching. She kindly offered us deckchairs to take to the beach too. Our room had a table by the window to eat and the most amazing bathroom with lovely soft towels. Gaynor even had ducks for any younger visitors. A tea tray was also in the room. Gaynor had in place I felt great covid prevention measures. Gaynor didn't enter our room throughout our visit if we needed any supplies we would fill in a form and the supplies would be left on a table outside same with fresh clean towels. Gaynor asked us to fill in a form and leave it in the front entrance basket for breakfast. Being a vegetarian Gaynor catered for me very well and was always open to adapting menus. Thank you Gaynor. All in all a great stay felt welcome and wanted for nothing see you again.

Absolutely wonderful B&B, we couldn't believe our luck! The room we had overlooked the sea and had all mod cons. The nicest thing was having fresh milk for the tea making, never had this before. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The only thing I didn't particularly like was it was just under a mile from the pier but really wasn't a problem . There is also free parking outside.
