My overall stay was very good but some things I would personally like to mention. it would be better if floor maat or bathroom slippers were provided during our stay during our stay at night there was lots of disturbance my baby couldn't sleep somehow I tried to keep the other guests quiet as our baby was frequently getting up . Would like to mention the staff especially thanks to meda for her professionalism in her department. Thanks for the prompt service given Other staff were also professional I don't know their names keep up the good work team Food 10/10 Room 09 / 10 Bar 10/10 Breakfast 10/10

The hotel is veryy veryy nice and totally worth the money. The staff is very responsive and helpful. I got locked out of my room 2 times and mr pavitra came immediately to help. I 100 percent recommend this hotel if you ever visit Meghalaya.....

Hotel is on prime location. Bala & Baben from Ginger restaurant even entire staff were excellent. Mr Suvojit & entire staff of housekeeping were upto mark. Food, housekeeping and all the services were up to mark.Attention of reception staff is also appreciable.

Wonderful stat at Hotel Polo towers Shillong and special mention about Meda front desk officer who helped us through right front he time of booking to our welcoming and stay , then a Bengali speaking House keeping guy Subhojit or Subhodip who was courteous and helped us feel more comfortable. Specially mention the single person managing solely Skygrill on 2nd June when we had a late dinner and he was very courteous and efficient in managing so many guests all alone ... Good breakfast platter and overall nice rooms with a very pleasant stay. Polo towers being centrally located is a great choice for accommodation with many site seeing right within a walking distance almost

Overall a good experience. Washrooms could have been a little bigger with hand showers. Meda have been a super support for the trip. Breakfast Buffet was good. Sky grill services are delayed not that good. The room decor is contemporary.

Ordered a cake and the box were filled with hygeinic cockroaches!!! 15-20 in numbers. The GM and the Chef denies their fault. Incredible commitment they got towards their customers. Avoid staying at such hotel where kitchen is dangerous.

Hotel is at the hub of the city. Hotel personnel are very courteous . House keeping person Mr Pavitra has been very prompt . He ensured every night that everything is in order Food has also been good even extending the meal beyond the stipulated time Overall a very good experience

It is a nice place to stay in Shillong.Especially Meda is a pleasant and amicable support who guides you through and sorts everything for you.She made my stay even more comfortable. Not only is she skillful, but her charming smile is her USP.

We had an excellent experience throughout our stay here. Mr. Pavitra in charge of housekeeping did a phenomenal work. The complimentary breakfast was the standout I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay in shillong.
