Hotel lobby bar was fantastic. Hotel room was very nice and clean. Only complaint was that I was supposed to receive a refund for one night (which the hotel agreed upon in writing prior to checking in) however are now refusing refund for a night stay that did not occur.

The check in was horrible, only one staff member at a time was at the desk while the other was being a barista! Awful to have your paying guests line up 4 and five deep to get checked in on an ordinary Thur afternoon!
In regard to the area around the hotel, the driveways are much to narrow and configured so you have to maneuver very attentively to avoid the stone curbing !

I was pleased to see the same person at the desk that checked me in for my last stay. Super nice lady and I enjoyed my stay there again. My "go to" hotel for my trips to New Jersey now. Dinner at the bar was good and service is wonderful.

The staff here is angry and awful. The gardens are included in the amenities but you aren’t allowed near them. Weddings only. We were literally told we did pay 100k to have our wedding there so not for us to enjoy. The hotel itself is nice and clean but rooms are small and water pressure terrible. We could hear the music on the 3rd floor after nine pm. Do not valet. The valet staff play ball right where they park the cars. The valet people were talking about disgusting things as well. We watched them hit cars with the ball and laugh. Also the restaurant and bar are not very good. Highly do not recommend.

The Bartenders are fantastic Alana, mike and Dan.
Hotel - quiet ,nice and clean but you have absolutely nothing to do in the area or in the hotel besides go to the restaurant or bar. The pool was an afterthought (small plus nothing inviting about it)
Restaurant-very upscale I love the steak and lobster Mac and cheese.
If you are getting married this hotel is a 5 if not it makes not sense to stay at this hotel. I stayed 5 days and didn’t come out the room until 4-5pm
The manager in the front of the hotel was very informative and nice (she’s about to get married) I forgot her name as well as the lady that worked a the front desk on wed and Thur evening.
What brought this score down for me is the inconsistency with customer service and knowledge of specific topics with everyone else besides the colleagues I listed. Also no breakfast food to buy here besides the small Starbucks area in the front.

The hotel was nice! Rooms were clean, no issues with any of the amenities. The only problem we had was our tv, it kept on freezing. We constantly had to turn it off and turn it on to restart it.
