In my opinion underrated..found this gem on our Benelux-Roadtrip. Near the highway (but you dont hear the traffic at all), included restaurant (nice and cozy), shopping opportunities in walking distance (Jumbo).. and most important a very good and clean room (comfort) and helpful stuff. And that for a very moderate price. So we booked for s second night and stayed a day longer in Fryslan

Good location and easy walk into pleasant town. Modern room, excellent TV, great aircon which worked and was quiet. Tea,coffee, kettle in room.Access to own outside seating area. Good breakfast if a little expensive compared to hotel rate. We had stopped in 17 locations up until thus hotel through Germany, Denmark, Norway and this was in best 3 stops.

Easy going, not your typical big hotel. Great restaurant and facilities. Friendly staff, 24/7 available. Clean facility.
Heater is rather small to keep up with the temperature in our room.

Op een vrijdagavond, op doorreis met kinderen, in een nagenoeg leeg restaurant komen en dan langer dan een uur op het eten moeten wachten. Bij navraag een chagrijnige blik krijgen. En te lang gebakken, droge bitterballen. Lege glazen en een leeg bord die niet weggehaald worden… Geen aanrader. Jammer, altijd fan geweest van Haje. Maar Harteluk maakt zijn naam niet waar.

Vriendelijk personeel.
Gezellige ruimte voor drankje/diner/ontbijt.
Losse prijs van ontbijt is wel aan de hoge kant...
