We stayed at this hotel over Christmas. The staff was wonderful and upbeat. The hotel was beautiful and clean. We had a fantastic stay.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room could us an update. Bathroom door didn't lock. There wasn't any shampoo or shower gel in bathroom.

Not many hotels in this area for our needs. Staff was great and willing to work with our issue and we appreciate that very much.

Hotel was average but the room had a mildew smell especially when the ac was on. Need more attention to detail on cleaning found old cooked rice on the ledge by the microwave.

Couldn’t be more pleased! I walked in so tired and it smelled new, coffee, hot tea and iced lemon water in the lobby, wonderful sheets, beds, lots of towels and very clean, great breakfast and attendant! Loved it

It was isolated so it may not be for everyone but it was great for us. Quiet, safe and right off the exit. It was very close to what we needed in Merrillville. I would come back. The manager and front desk clerk were pleasant.
