First I had no curtains to close and block out the streetlight. Second I was charged an extra $25 for who knows what and then there was something charged to our room for $4. We got there late and were just staying to sleep for our long trip. Would not recommend because of this

Breakfast was superb. Buffet was also great.
Black female staff has a wonderful personality for hostess at breakfast. Buffet staff was helpful and professional.
Rooms: tv issues had to exchange. Need vending on odd floors as stated by front desk.
Standard room met handicap but was still ok. Black older female at front desk on 2/19 was not so patient when i called to book an extra day. 🙄 which caused me to pay more. She said i said can you hold on a minute when i tried to clarify the Hotel price vs online price. She booked then said now whats your question. Then said it was to late to rectify!!!!!
OVERALL, I am an hotel fanatic prices were high this particular weekend so i gave Crowne a try. Great stay!!!! Glad i did will return. Great location.......

Booked my original room to pull sheets back to grown and mold. They upgraded us to a suite. It was clean an nice. The breakfast for $9 o as totally worth it at the restaurants compared to paying 12 on a meal. Idk if I’d come back

The bathroom could have been cleaned better. Shower was not hot enough. This was mentioned at checkout.WiFi kept on being lost with need to constantly log in again.The unit looked dilapidated. It might be that they are in process of renovation.Large picture frame had evidence of water damage and the frame at the top had come loose

Semi-Accessible: The accessible room was difficult to maneuver. There was no hot water; it was lukewarm at best for our 3 night stay. The bottom of the accessible walk in shower was slippery, and the toilet was too short to be accessible. The location was great, it was quiet with lots of restaurant options nearby.

Lobby is very nice. It would be nice if they offered atleast coffee and water complimentary, for the amount you pay to stay here. The rooms are not as clean as most. There were orange drip spots all over our bathroom door. Nothing seemed to be wiped down, just sprayed and left to dry so things were sticky to the touch. AC unit is old, and the area around it was covered in dirt or debris of some sort. Water pressure is terrible in the shower. Queen beds would be nice, instead of tiny double beds, for the amount you spend per room. If the rooms were actually cleaned and wiped down (not sticky), my review would be better. Complimentary coffee is a must, in my opinion if you have to pay for a minimal breakfast. Maybe not charge $15 + for breakfast either.

Staff are very friendly, we received a warm welcome when we step at the door. They are remodeling the rooms, our room was one on the new room, it looks good and the beds was great.
