Holiday Inn Express Düsseldorf - Hauptbahnhof, an IHG Hotel

Der Check In verlief reibungslos. Das Zimmer wie angeboten, konnten früher einchecken als geplant. Der Safe konnte nicht geschlossen werden, dafür musste ein Servicemitarbeiter kommen. Das hat eine Stunde gedauert, weil erst auf Nachfrage, der Mitarbeiter angerufen wurde.(lt Mechaniker) Der Fernseher hatte kein Signal. Konnte an dem Tag auch nicht repariert werden. Also Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer. Mehr als eine Stunde vertrödelt. Nachfrage an der Rezeption: Tut uns Leid. KeineEntschuldigung, kein Upgrade oder ein Drink. Nichts. Nur Lächeln.

真的是一次非常糟糕的體驗，我在這個酒店錢竟然被偷了。事情是這樣的，我們最後一天退房的時候，錢包的錢確認後放在小包裏了，因為行李多，先去大廳放了一次大行李，就在這期間，我再回去拿剩餘的行李到大廳的時候發現錢包裏的3000歐元沒有了，竟然被偷走了。我想起了第二次回房間拿行李的時候樓道里遇見的服務員，我的感覺是他以為我退房進入我房間了。我們找到了酒店的領導，整個酒店的樓道竟然沒有攝像頭，衹有電梯間門口有攝像頭。酒店的領導認為我們沒有把貴重物品鎖在保險櫃裏，這與他們無關。我們因為趕飛機，也沒有報警處理。這是我辛苦工作掙的錢，希望偷我錢的人全家儘快死於非難。我的房間號是410，我認為是那一層打掃衞生的年輕一點的服務員。 It was a really bad experience. I had my money stolen from me in this hotel. The thing is like this, when we checked out on the last day, the money in the wallet was confirmed and put in the small bag. Because there were too many luggage, I first went to the lobby to put the big luggage. During this period, I went back to get the remaining luggage and found that the 3,000 euros in the wallet was gone and it was stolen. I remembered the attendant in the hallway the second time I went back to my room to pick up my luggage, and I had the impression that he thought I had checked out and entered my room. We found the leader of the hotel, and there were no cameras in the entire stairway of the hotel, only the elevator door had cameras. The leaders of the hotel thought it was none of their business that we didn't lock our valuables in the safe. We didn't call the police because we were on a flight. I worked hard to earn this money, and I hope the whole family of the person who stole my money will die soon. My room number is 410, and I think it's the younger maid who cleans on the floor.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Hauptbahnhof und Capitol Theater. Leider auf Nachfrage keine Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta vorhanden, trotz der Ausschreibung im Bad im Zimmer, dass man diese an der Rezeption erhalten könne. An der Hotelbar hatten wir wohl abends ebenfalls Pech, da man aktuell nicht mit Karte zahlen oder Rechnung aufs Zimmer schreiben konnte und wir leider kein Bargeld mithatten. Sonst sind die Zimmer schön und das Frühstück ist auch gut.

The entire hotel was very clean. Additionally, the cost performance of the breakfast was very good. Overall, it was the off-peak season for travel, so there were fewer people, but there were no noisy guests, and the clientele was classy, which was nice.

Clean facility, Friendly staffs willingness to help. Breakfast variant may add german traditional i.e. sausages

Great hotel, very clean and modern. Five minute walk from the train station.

The location is not so far from the Hauptbahnhof/Main Station. Service was okay, the reception not so fluent in English. And when I called from the room they don't quite understand what I mean. The hotel is clean enough, but for the amenities we need to get by ourselves in reception. When we book a taxi, the receptionist didn't ask our name so it was a bit misunderstood. Breakfast was okay.
