We have done direct reservation with request of 2hrs extra time for check out which was agreed by reception person during check in at 7 pm in the first day. During day of check out the other person in reception deny it and his way of conveying is in very harsh Such a arrogant and also he is blaming their own staffs. In my experience this is the first weird experience I faced. We too have due respect of hotel policies and even we know that rooms are vacant he is denied. I still don't have any clue of this person behaved like this. Other wise is very good to stay.
