Apenas o café da manhã deixa a desejar;
O pessoal do café é muito descuidado , não prestam atenção pra repor o que vai acabando...
-Acabam os talheres e demoram repor;
Obs: Tem que pedir
-acaba o açúcar, adoçante e você tem que ficar perguntando onde está;
-Espaço pequeno e sem mesa suficiente e quando levanta alguém ninguém vai retirar e limpar a mesa, você tem que chamar alguém.

Not the safest area but the overall hotel from inside was good. rooms were decent, beds were fine, we had issue with 1 room and staff simply took care of it by switching.
Dont eat here though. Food is terrible, ordered 8 things none of them finished

The desk staff and all staff very friendly. Not a great location but perfect for my transit. Very helpful staff no problem rebooking when I missed my bus. Even my taxi drivers have been very pleasent. All round absolutely no complaints.

Hotel excelente e bem localizado com um estacionamento gratuito e bem seguro. É próximo do centro industrial de Duque de Caxias e próximo a Refinaria. Quartos bem limpos e bom atendimento. Check in e check out rápido. Hotel tem restaurante e serviço de quarto, o que para mim foi muito bom, devido chegar do trabalho e não precisar ir até o restaurante. Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom. Voltarei com certeza.

A ducha é espetacular, os quartos são confortáveis, estacionamento muito bom, café da manhã também é bem farto. Só achei pequeno o espaço para o café. Como é um hotel que aparentemente recebe muitas pessoas que vão a trabalho, tem um horário que fica muito cheio.

Hotel bem localizado, com fácil acesso. Quarto amplo e limpo. Apesar da proximidade com a rodovia, os quartos são silenciosos. Pessoal de recepção e restaurante sempre atenciosos. Sugestão: melhorar as opções do cardápio no serviço de restaurante

Hotel localizado em uma via de fácil acesso. Próximo ao Shopping de Duque de Caxias. Localização boa para quem quer ir à zona sul do Rio ou às serras (Petrópolis e Teresópolis). Café da manhã excelente e farto. O quarto é muito bom e limpo. Nada a reclamar.
