The views from the rooms are amazing. This is one of the best places I have stayed at so far and an so happy to have chosen it. The room was clean, checking in was no issues and the atmosphere just felt great.

Our first room was perfect till midnight. The people next door came home wasted. The staff gracefully moved us. When we got to our room we had two small beds :(
Not good for a 175 date night. This room also had bo toiletries. At 3 a.m. someone unlocked our room and came in without saying anything. I called out and they took off. Staff said security came in. Staff was kind but my berves were rattled, i didnt sleep a wink.

Property needs a make over especially bathrooms. With no ventilation or bathroom fan, a lot of ceiling peel and windows condensation. For such a large hotel, too small of a pool an lack of bathrooms, locker room and what they call a changing room is very unacceptable. Door doesn’t close and is falling apart along with mold on the walls of this room which looks like a make shift from a storage closet. No towels available from the athletic club that owns that area or oversees pool and attendant at desk was not helpful and rude. Very disappointed with this visit.
