A hidden gem. Gorgeous buildings and view! Like an old stately home! Receptionist was lovely. Renovated rooms are gorgeous. Breakfast delicious

Used Dundee as a base for visiting family. Hotel cosy and friendly. Only complaint, we got a disabled room !!

A nice "beige' hotel. Decor is a bit dated but room was a good size, clean and comfortable. All staff are really friendly and helpful. Evening meal was ok and lots of choice for breakfast.

Convenient location. Room was large by European standards, bed very comfy. Would have liked a few more snack option on site as few shops near by, but this a minor quibble. Food in restaurant was great, though a bit pricey. Would stay again.

our room was on the second floor and i had to carry two heavy suitcases up the stairs. also long walk from parking to entrance, they need a door at the back of the hotel near the parking. I could not call out from the phone in my room, they only have internal calls.

The parking is a major plus point. It is a lovely old family type hotel. Food was excellent. I had come for a quiet ‘night off’ but unfortunately was put in a room near to ladies having a party in their room - very noisy til late.

There was marks on the bedding and a hole in pillow cases also the room was dusty.The breakfast was alway out of a item so after telling staff we had to wait for it to be cooked.The evening meal menu there was too many dishes that was SMOKED fish
