This residence is in a quiet, rural location in Duna Verde di Caorle on the Adriatic coast, just 500 m from the beach and 800 m from the resort centre. There are 58 charming, new terraced holiday cottages built in a horse shoe shape, attractively decorated and boasting private entrances and gardens. This family run establishment has a warm and friendly atmosphere, perfect for families with small children and those looking for a value for money holiday, just a stones throw from Caorle, Jesolo and Venice.

This cottage : two room chalet measuring 40 m2 and sleeping 2-4. Located on the ground floor with a loft area.

The residence is also equipped with swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, soccer field grass, beach volleyball and outdoor gym.

The accommodation are provided with air conditioning. It is a payable extra, with pre-paid card (0,60€/hour).

A buffet breakfast is available (not included in the rentprice).
