Hotel at the top of a hill. Quite near Gruz port but has about 300 steep steps to climb - so recommend a taxi -- 50 Kuna or Bus 15 Kuna. Clean and meets the basic requirements. Good views of the bay. Breakfast was not to our liking. Soap dispensers and the feel of holiday inn express standard. Lots of restaurants in the Gruz area much more affordable than Old town.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location and access to onsite parking. Breakfast was great! Sofabed was a bit sunken. I'd recommend replacing it. The AC needs to be a bit stronger but it didn't bother us much. Overall a great stay!!

Great views and great breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of stairs to walk down ( and back again ) to the nearest shops etc but all part of the experience.

It was a superb stay. It was challenging to get there by foot but me and my boyfriend had already read and was prepared so we saw it as a daily exercise! The bed was really comfortable, the pools were not that busy when we were there. Nothing to complain, had a wonderful time there.

Very picturesque property overlooking Gruz bay, good place to say to explore Dubrovnik while relaxing in the pools in the evening.

Hotel was within 35 minutes walk to the old town. But the hotel itself was amazing with a great view to the sea. The hotel also had a beautiful Infinity pool. Most importantly, the staff were super friendly. It was a memorable stay for me and my friends.
