Two Bedroom City Centre Apartment

The property has a kitchen but provides zero supplies. No salt/pepper, oil, coffee/tea, paper towels/napkins. This is very unusual and inconvenient. Also, one (!) roll of toilet paper. The agreed price when booking had a surprise. The host then sent a message that I'd have to pay (in cash) an additional per-day "electricity" fee. This could be for anything. Why the host would not include all costs in the posted fee is beyond me. If the host can address these concerns for you, then the place is great.

When we initially came to the property we thought it was fine, however issues started to show very quickly. The TV was broken but still left at the property, they said the previous guest broke it, but they didn't even bother replacing this or advising us on this before our stay, there was mold on the ceiling in one of the rooms, the towels were weirdly stained/discoloured and one of the bed sheets had a stain on it also. Also one of the bar chairs was broken. The worst was the shower situation, there was no hot water in the property, they didn't turn on the boiler neither did they tell us to turn it on, or even where it was. I had to contact them, to which they advised me of the above. However, they didn't tell me that the boiler turns itself off after some time and we all kept having to take cold showers. The property is also advertised for 6 people however there is no way that 6 people can shower consequently and still have hot water. After the second person the third one was showering under freezing water.

Muy bonito Lugar, a 10 min a pie de Temple bar, el lugar muy tranquilo y la comunicación con el host fue excelente.
