房間很小 連杯子都要放櫃子裏 行李箱打開就沒有路可走 21世紀了 房間居然還沒有空調設施 我問前台 他説如果你要有空調的房間 下次可以訂另外一邊的房間 他可以給我風扇 我真的無語到極點 很想翻白眼🙄️住了兩晚給了接近3K 我也是醉了😵💫

Reception was beautiful however it was downhill from there. The first room had double was located adjacent to the double doors that accessed the hallway which resulted in continuous banging through the night. This was then supplemented by the fire alarm being set off at 05:30 & again at 06:30 - apparently by an unruly resident.
The room was dated and small. Having asked for a change of room (for the second night) I was placed into a smaller room with the reasoning for my move having been largely forgotten and disregarded by the staff.
The second night was reminiscent of a tube station - there is no noise suppression between people retuning to their rooms and the room you’re in.
All in all I would give it a miss. My cousins attend 3 doors down at The Morgan and couldn’t rate it highly enough.

I went for a short stay and the central location close to most of the attractions was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable.The only complaint I would say was you can hear the people outside in the street and walking in the hallway at times

This is a really lovely hotel. I spent six nights here December 23 (three with flu, alas).the location is perfect. The room was comfortable, the decor throughout the hotel is lovely, and all the service was excellent: the cleaning staff, the desk staff, the cafe staff, the bar staff, the breakfast staff. I’d especially like to extend my appreciation to FELIPE at breakfast for his especially friendly and attentive service.

I like very calm and clean room, it is a little bit uncomfortable to have stairs to reach our rooms with heavy baggage.
The staff is very kind and hotel is very pretty and cozy and warm atomosphere.
