Central location, on-site parking, extremely comfortable beds, onsite breakfast available, swimming pool for warmer months this place was perfect for our visit We have family in area that we can no longer stay with and we’re so happy with our 4 night stay here it will be our go to moving forward

Rooms are large - plenty of space. Good location. Lounge chairs/cushions were quite marked and looked grotty - could do with a clean. Cushion covers on the beds were also quite marked. Bathrooms were very clean & there was plenty of linen. Dining room/breakfast very basic

Stayed one night with my husband and two kids for a sporting event Room was very clean and tidy with plenty of room for the four of us. The two men at the reception were very friendly. Would definitely stay again. Very close to town, nice easy walk.

Great location, clean and simple. Friendly staff and very comfortable. We would stay again. We were really happy as we could walk everywhere, to shops and cafes and it was close to the main street when we were travelling in and our of Dubbo. It was also close to all the tours and attractions.

Location is excellent with Chinese restaurant next door and multiple fast-food outlets within 5 minutes’ walk. Centrally located to the main shopping district of Dubbo including Old Dubbo Jail a very easy walking distance away. The rooms are well equipped plus a microwave that I was able to put to good use preparing my meals and it is good to have a proper table and chairs to sit at also. Bathroom is quite narrow but the shower is big and plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. The motel is easy to find in Darling Street just off the main highway and very quite at night no traffic noise at all and plenty of off street parking. WIFI is also vey good. All the staff are very friendly and helpful also. I would stay there again next time I'm in Dubbo.

Although the room was little tired, it was well presented and clean. It has all the amenities I could ask for and the bed was comfortable. I stayed in the budget room which the host said was a former hospital section of the complex. The hosts could not have been friendlier. Both Check in and Check Out was smooth, without any hassles. Will be back

Unit was clean and well prepared. Managers were welcoming and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Close to all facilities. Pool was very cloudy but had just recently been cleaned. Easy access & parking. Reasonably priced and would stay again.

Congratulations to the lovely ladies who clean it was spotless . Nice girl at reception too. Close to shops etc . An older style motel with all the comforts of older style friendly staff , nice clean pool tea, coffee , even fly spray . No smell from smokers either . Very happy with our weekend in Dubbo

We stayed for week attending a cricket carnival. Excellent accommodation and breakfast. Large BBQ area and pool good venue for a team. Staff were great and made for enjoyable visit to Dubbo. Coming back next year
