Location was great with direct access to shopping mall and metro. Wonderful spread and variety for breakfast.

Great hotel for a business stay or staying central in Downtown - the view from Executive room is pretty good but not spectacular as Burj Khalifa is not so front and center. Amenities are good, we especially enjoyed the squash court and gym with an actual Smith Machine - beats other hotels that usually stock up 10 dumbbells and 5 treadmills. Had an issue with an iron, which they quickly addressed - but apparently there is just a single socket for that EU-style plug. Weird they do not stock irons with UK-style plugs which are used in UAE. We also noticed some mould around bathtub which irked us a bit. Otherwise cleaning was good. This was our honeymoon trip and they left a small cake and a lovely card on our arrival, along with some balloons - a sweet gesture which we appreciated. Balloons were not removed the next day however but that is fine, maybe some couples enjoy them (haha).

ตั้งใจไปเพราะคะแนนรีวิวสูง แต่ก็ค่อนข้างผิดหวัง ตอนจองห้องบอกว่าไม่เอาห้องที่เชื่อมกัน และไม่เอาห้องใกล้ลิฟต์ แต่กลับได้ทั้งสองอย่างนี้ ห้องน้ำไม่มีพัดลมดูดอากาศ แถมห้องน้ำยังรั่ว ทุกครั้งที่อาบน้ำแม้จะปิดประตูสนิท แต่รอบๆ ห้องน้ำก็ยังมีน้ำนองอยู่ ไกลจากใจกลางเมืองพอสมควร แม้จะอยู่ใกล้รถไฟใต้ดิน แต่ใช้เวลาเดินทางไปใจกลางเมืองด้วยรถไฟใต้ดินประมาณหนึ่งชั่วโมงครึ่ง ดูจากแผนที่เหมือนจะอยู่ใกล้ Palm Jumeirah แต่จริงๆ แล้วเนื่องจากปัญหาการออกแบบถนน ทำให้เดินทางไปที่นั่นด้วยรถไฟใต้ดินไม่สะดวก และค่าแท็กซี่ก็ไม่ถูก ประมาณ 40-50 เดอร์แฮม ถ้าจะพักผ่อนที่โรงแรมโดยไม่ออกไปไหนเลย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ดูจะเรียบง่ายไปหน่อย
