Unfortunately I found the hotel to be quite dirty and worn out - from grout in the bathroom, to stains on the redhead and scratches on the walls / tables… expected better than this. They were also late to check me in, with the room not ready at 3pm

The hotel conditions are extremely unhygienic and far below the advertised 5-star standards. The room had a very bad smell (like urine), the WC was not cleaned properly, and overall cleanliness was unacceptable. This is my first time experiencing such poor standards in Dubai hotels.
In addition, the hotel charged me an AED 200 deposit, which feels unreasonable given the situation.

Stayed for 12 nights with my daughter in a double room. The room wasn’t really clean and the pillows were horrible (don’t look under the pillow covers for your mental health). The desk was broken and wasn’t repaired during my whole stay. The shower was leaking water everywhere. They refused to help me heat up my food, they said there was only one microwave in the whole hotel and it’s not working. Turns out they were lying and I got the manager involved, I was so mad I left my cold food with them. Some staff members were really nice and helpful but others just shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry. The room service cleaners were also very nice but need to work on their cleaning skills. My daughter is 5, I hope she won’t remember this hotel experience. As our first trip especially to Dubai, I was really disappointed by this hotel and I hope they do better in the future, for their guests sake.

My holiday was very nice and the canvas hotel was excellent I enjoyed.
I will command that to many of my friends to stay there aswell.

3 star at a max for Dubai. I guess having a club enhances the star rating but this is not to say it is poor, but rooms need upgrading.
It serves a specific client group, this definitely defeats the Accor Standards and not good enough of management to say “well they are 90% of our guest”.
I choice to say as the price ratio was good for the night but if the stay was longer I would have ran away!
Would I come back, not likely unless Accor Head office does some serious head banging!

The room smells cigarette, the food were okay but maybe I just preferred american breakfast, the pool is not clean and the pool timing is unbelievable.

The overall environment of the hotel was very poor. The sink was dirty, and the hot water took forever to run but still wasn’t hot. Most importantly, during check-in no one informed me that the mini bar was chargeable. When I checked out the next day, I was charged 18 AED just for one bottle of Coke. This feels very dishonest and gives the impression that the hotel is trying to take advantage of guests. On top of that, the hotel is far from the metro station, which makes it inconvenient. I couldn’t sleep well at night and ended up waking up very early because I felt uncomfortable staying there

Hotel was so nice and at the lobby aymen assisted me very nicely with my booking which i liked so much whenever next time i will ve staying in dubai i will choose this hotel as my first option
