Hotel liegt ca 10 min mir dem Auto von der Innenstadt. Große Zimmer. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Sehr nettes Personal.
Check In war nicht so toll. Muss man alles am PC machen.

1. No kettle in room for hot water or coffee 2. No proper cabinet to keep clothes. Did not check for on-demand iron with stand. 3. Difficult to decide where to keep my baggage and handle the clothes properly 4. Dark corner (right corner in my room) in the room.

During my trip between 28 Jan 2024 to 02 Feb 2024, I enjoyed the hotel with supporting reception team with free hot drinks 24 hours. Their breakfast was very good with multiple choices and many types of bread. Location is near to metro stations which is a very good selection.

It was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was varied and rich. The lobby areas very pleasant and comfortable with karaoke room. Very friendly staff. Parking available at a decent price. Location close to public transport with good links to the city centre. No cash payment possible.

Great hotel, nice musical theme setting & atmosphere througout the hotel. Breakfast is just amazing. Underground parking in a great subway theme too. Public transport nearby, a nice supermarket around the corner, a very pleasant experiance, recommended!

the hallways could use some fresh air. the musical theme in the rooms is over-the-top for my taste. high-pile carpet feels wrong. Cool lobby with great seating areas. Good breakfast, I appreciate the veg options!

Very beautiful facilities, cozy room, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. There is a tram stop close by and you can easily reach the city center by public transportation.

Very poor internet No bathtub No refrigerator I asked for one room close to the elevator (being a person with reduced mobility). I've got the most remote room on the second floor room 222. Breakfast is of good quality (that's why 2 stars instead of 1 star). When arriving I was very tired and they put me to do the whole check-in procedure by myself (maybe they will get me a second job as a desk clerk there). So, basically, I did their job and I also paid for that. When doing the check-in they also asked for my private address and they did not know that according to the GDPR law this is illegal now.

Our stay was a fantastic experience. The hotel has a really great atmosphere and I like the music theme. The room with the fireplace was very nice to use in the evening after a long day outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and will return if we are ever in Dresden again.
