Super. Beautifully restorated. Very big apartments and very comfortable. Superlocation in the heart of Dresden. Parking next door. Comfortable beds, good shower. Clean. Very well organized. Unfortunately we could only stay one night.

Location is great, staff are expremely helpful. We arrived early because our train got in 2 hours early but we were still able to get our apartment. The apartment was beautiful, well thought out and really good quality. Great bed, lovely bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice inner courtyard. Lockers where you can store your bags if you have a late departure.

Visit to Dresden for Christmas. Enjoyed the markets, the local cultural sites were wonderful and the service everywhere was quite excellent. I would recommend this location and in particular the Hapimag facility to anyone.

Tolle Apartments, gut ausgestattet in bester Lage zur Innenstadt. Gute Parkmöglichkeit in der angrenzenden Tiefgarage. Gerner wieder.

Das ehemalige British Hotel ist ein überzeugendes Beispiel für denkmalgerechten Wiederaufbau in Kombination mit neuzeitigem Nutzungskonzept. Als Miteigentümer freut es, diese werthaltige, das Ortsbild respektierende, ja aufwertende Anlage - wie viele weitere - mit ermöglicht zu haben. Das Handicap-Premium-Appartment erfüllt in allen Belangen die spezielleren Bedürnisse der "rollenden Mitglieder". Bad, Extra-großes WC und abgesenkter Spülbereich sind selten zu finden. Ebenso erwähnenswert: der großzügige Aufzug. Den Brandschutzbedingungen ist es wohl geschuldet, dass das Türöffnen durchweg der Hilfe bedarf. Die Tiefgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe ist nur bedingt geeignet: Der Aufzug findet sich zentral auf dem Neumarkt. Wir haben stattdessen kurzzeitig zum Ein- und Ausladen in unmittelbarer Nähe gehalten und zum Abstellen des Wagens einen der kostenfreien 4 Handicap-Parkplätze vor dem Polizeipräsidium in der Schießgasse genutzt.

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Neumarkt. Alle wichtigen Museen, Frauenkirche, Oper, viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnungen haben bekanntermaßen sehr gute Qualität was Ausstattung, Reinigung und Service anbelangt.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung war groß und sehr sauber, das Personal war kompetent und zuvorkommend. Man geht um's Eck und steht direkt gegenüber der Frauenkirche. Sehr empfehlenswert!
