This one of my worst experiences! The entire hotel smelled like mildew, I was not the only quest who complained. Upon checking in I was accused of having more people than what was on my reservation. My assumption is that they assumed my 15 year daughter was an adult; had to say at least 4 times that she is NOT an adult and therefore I should not be charged an additional $10. My daughter slept on the pull out bed, however there were no sheets, comfortable, or pillow in the room for her. When I asked the front desk for assistance he said (1) he did not ask access to the area where blankets are stored (2) There's enough beds in the room, she can share the bed (the hotel staff does not have the right to tell my daughter to sleep on the bed or not!), (3) if he gets her a blanket they may charge me for it. After the disagreement was settled, he brought a comforter to the room, no sheets, no pillows, and stated he was doing me a favor by providing the comfortable only so we're not charged an additional fee. Long story short, I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
