The trip was lot's of Fun! The rooms were large and nice looking on the inside. Cleaning could have been better but I re cleaned the room with my own products. The ****** was very impressive along with the restaurants. The Staff was Excellent!!! Love the Staff! Will book another trip Soon.

I was worried about revisiting after the ****** changed to Bally's due to recent bad reviews i saw online. Dover downs was great and luckily our experience at Bally's was also great. Still very clean and friendly staff. The only complaint i have, is that since most of the machines are new, the minimum bets are really high on most if not all of the machines. But our group ended up winning a lot. So it was a great time. The food at the sugar factor/carousel bar was excellent!

Did not like the fact that there wasn’t hotel parking, I had to park in the casinos parking lot and walk 300-400 yards. Cause everyone was parking in the hotel parking lot.

The pool is shut down for renovations, and there’s no notice of this anywhere the spa shut down last year due to fraudulent business and nothing else is available. There’s no room service and most of the furniture is scratched up. There are many outlets, but none of them are for charging you need to bring the adapter so it goes into the wall just old and outdated. Needs a lot of TLC as far as I’m concerned. parking is super limited. over priced for what is here

I would like more seating in the lobby area. I was traveling with seniors & a bad back & knees and the four chars that were there was filled with permanent seaters (lol). And next time I will request rooms closer to the elevators

Very clean room with a view of the harness racing. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Great place to stay for the price!
