Wifi cannot be connected at room and breakfast buffet choices are little. The toilet at the room is small, but the decorations at the hotel are traditional and classic.

hotel building is very nice located in front of harbour in a small town. room is not big. bed is a bit soft. restaurant is reasonable.

Very helpful staff on a range of travel information, fantastic. The location beside the harbour beautiful and access to northern lights viewing with excellent staff guidance on where to try. Food delicious for dinner and breakfast. Rooms comfy quite clean and functional, warm shower, hot if you want, good WiFi

Visited this Quaint Hotel for a meal whilst touring the island,also enquired about accommodation here.Food was quite good,but was nearly put off my meal by a very rude rough looking heavily tattooed man at the check in desk who also had an awful huge ring embedded in his nose! Yuck! How/Why is He working here?He was Very Rude,disrespectful had a bad attitude.I would never stay here if he was on site.

There is a restaurant inside the hotel, but there are two pricing for a guest - reserved price and non reserved price. I just dont understand why need to be like that. As a hotel guest, we should be honored with the hotel guest price. That is why being a hotel guest.

good place to stay. Very clean rooms. parking around the hotel. One place where hot water does not have the sulphur smell in it. There are only 2 dining options in the area. One in the hotel and one across the street. Both options are good depending on what you want.

Good hotel. Pretty small rooms, but lovely location. We didn't find a way to turn on the room heating, but that's on us, we couldn't bother asking for help. Nice restaurant.

Would have surely given Excellent rating but for the limited breakfast spread. The main building is close to the harbour and over 100 years old but restored & maintained beautifully. We stayed in a modern apartment with all the amenities, about 100M away and liked it very much

Very nice hotel located right on the harbor. Rooms were very nice and clean!
If you’re coming in after a long day I highly suggest making reservations at the hotel’s restaurant when checking in. It filled up fast and the food was excellent!
