The hospitality was too good.we had a great experience here,we stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed a lot.the staff are very friendly (srimathi Ragini,Balakumar,kudu&Ramji) the staff are very friendly and comfortable. Food was very tasty and utmost quality Resort was very beautiful and filled with nature A must visit holiday destination with your loved ones

One of the best stay at Kodaikanal so far. My kid enjoyed it. All the staffs are cordial and friendly. Room were clean and hygiene. Alrinraj house *** was very hospitable made us feel safe and comfortable.overall great service . Must visit place

Had an great surprise dinner plan arranged by resort and chef Yuvraaj prepared very delicious vegetarian food and Syed ***ger at WHISTLER CAFE was very helpful and taking care of all diner and Resort stay was very pleasant and has ***y activities

We had a very Great experience. They have some amazing indoor activities. But one thing that stands out is that the service. Every person in resort is ready to go that extra mile to make your stay memorable..They will do everything that you ask for and especially for kids Pleasing staffs and ***agement team. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Kids had a great time. Overall good stay and i would recommend my friends and family members to experience GRT. Would come back again 🙂

Hospitality was top-notch. Outstanding staff who deliver amazing service. Everyone on the resort was smily and customer focussed from the driver to house *** to gardener and all their ***agers. Special thanks to driver balakrishnan and Mr Prashant and Mr Santharaj and Mr Jaishankar, Ms Kasthuri and Mr Alrin, Mr Balakrishnan, Mr Ajith and Mr Ramesh and Mr ***l and chef Vetri and Mr Syed and ***y more to add up. Our three days holidays went so well and memorable. Try their timber chalets for amazing view.

We are group of 48 snd stayed here for 2 nights and our family enjoyed the hospitality of GRT staffs. House keeping deserves special appreciation. Breakfast buffer is excellent and worth so much of choice and we had a great time. Special thanks to GM Mr ***n, Chef Yuvaraj, Prasanth, Kasthuri , Santharaj, Syed, Alrin, Bala, jaishankar, selvakodi, syril, Rakkini and Balakrishnan and all staff who served our group.

We are group of 48 including children’s and we enjoyed the hospitality of GRT. Staff are fantastic and cooperative. Good food and excellent and peaceful location. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and they took care of food restrictions and ensure we had a comfortable time. Thanks to the entire staff for a memorable time.
