Check in was excellent. Staff person very friendly and helpful. Room very clean.
Heating unit was a challenge. Noisy and either on or off. Light blankets so we had to get up several times in the night to turn the heater on and then when it got too warm, turn it off again.

The shower was cold, when turned to hot. Had to keep it in the middle for warm water. Occasionally could turn it colder and it would get hot for a short time. The Pressure fluctuated frequently and the temperature would also get colder with it.
Beds were hard, queen was not a true queen size.
Breakfast was bagels, cereal, porridge, toast, banana's and I think yogurt.

Better room keys are needed. I returned to the front desk twice because the magnetic card key wouldn't work. I suspect merely putting it in the same pocket with a battery powered key fob was sufficient to disable the card key.
$110 was too high for this very average room. During the same week, I stayed 3 nights in other hotels. All were higher quality. For $113 (in Meridian, ID), I got a clothes washer (with soap), dryer, and a completely stocked kitchen (including dish washer).

Clean room. Comfortable bed. No elevator for a 3 story hotel. Difficult for mobility challenged individuals and carrying luggage up and down stairs. Limited breakfast offerings. Pricey for a budget hotel.

OK place. A little run down. Very clean though.
Make sure you open your room door by lifting the door handle. Moving it down to open does not work. They should tell this to you at the front desk.

Don't stay on first floor like I did. Vehicles back into their parking spot allowing their exhaust to go right into your AC unit.

Clean quiet friendly, a good place to spend the night on a long road trip. Breakfast was skimpy but nothing unusual for a road side hotel.
