Garden of Sun Hotel

Sehr dreckiges Hotel kein Stern wert Lage ist 15 Minuten von der Zentrale entfernt Zimmer sind sehr alt gefüllt mit Kindern dementsprechend sieht der Pool aus ich wollte ein Aschenbecher haben die haben mir ein Becher mit Wasser gefüllt und es mir als Aschenbecher gegeben für ein 4/5 Sterne Hotel ist es nicht akzeptabel. Aufzüge funktionieren teilweise man muss ungefähr 5 Minuten drauf warten. Bade Zimmer ist verkalkt und kein warmes Wasser.

Otel yeniden değerlendirilse degil 5 yildiz 1 yildiz ancak alir. Eski odalar ve otel, ukala calisanlar. Tatile degil yorulmaya gitmis olacaksiniz.

The hotel was good with helpful staff, very nice people and extremely fun entertainment team who made our holiday a lot more enjoyable. The hotel is close to the beach and has it's own pool. The rooms were very clean and everything in them worked properly. Definitely recommend. :)

Nice entertainment, good food, nice swimmingpool. In total a good vacation , specially because of the entertainment they are very good and friendly and funny💕 there are some issues to review about the rooms but good

Not a great place if you don't like flys. Every meal time in September they were crawling over all the food. WHY someone does not put up electric fly zappers in the food hall God knows? The last 3 days of holiday i had a stomach upset for 7 days dven after returning frim ghe holiday, Other than that lovely hotel in nice area.

The hotel is a gorgeous oasis for rest and relaxation... The combination of a beach by the pool with a spa center and fresh air in the garden ensure complete recovery... We were served by polite, responsive and very smiling people... Visit the hotel and your heart will stay there

Don’t listen to all the bad reviews Sitting around the pool as I wrote this And how pleasant it is Just myself around here . Yes when we arrived there was a lot of Turkish and other nationalities but come a few days later all gone and really quite .. Walked in room and the first thing I see was the shower and yea thifuht thst looks a bit old and sqanky but it does the job and shower was lovely Room couldn’t complain sea view Cleaned every day.. Food yes i get where people say about the Choices etc But not one has mentione the outside grill in the evening Cooking fresh meat and fish And the pizzas oven serving fresh cooked flatbread pizzas The salad varieties are lovely something I would say for everyone From stuffed tomatoes to smoked salmon .. Yea the pre cooked food I get But everyday fresh vegetables.. Breakfast again I get But always toast omelettes and omg the pancakes are lovely Afternoon snacks well Waffles with chocolate melt in your mouth Not sure who could complain about them … Drinks beer is lovely Pink vodka lovely What more can you ask for .. Staff have all been really friendly Yes they don’t speak much English but never found it an issue .. The guy on the beach is lovely and makes you feel welcome And does he best to speak to communicate with you .. Here with my sister and we can not say We have had an enjoyable relaxed stay .. Just wish it didn’t have to end .. Thank you garden of sun

This hotel has a fictitious star rating of four stars in some reviews three in others. GOOD POINTS FIRST The swimming pool area is in need of some general updating but the pool and gardens are lovely. Snacks, lunch and breakfast are lovely food but aimed at Turkish palets not English. BAD POINTS Swimming area toilets are disgusting with no locks or even an attached door. The food at night is rubbish so we had to eat out every night as chips and pasta is not enough We paid for all inclusive in a superior sea view room. The views are lovely however the room is quite dismal for a so-called three/ four star hotel. Showers have black mould which was not even attempted to be cleaned. Curtains hanging of and one window only has a partial curtain. We asked for things to be done but never listened to. The all inclusive provides a mini bar in the room. This has ONE bottle of water added if you request it and nothing else. How they call this a .mini bar I do not know. The hotel overall I'm sure was lovely once but it does not deserve a three star in the condition our room was in considering it's meant to be there top and best rooms. Unless you are Turkish or Kurdish or from eastern Europe don't bother going. English are served last as others are allowed and encouraged to queue jump. All entertainment is aimed at Turkish visitors and nothing for English speaking people. Every night a Turkish entertainment party was on but never advertised for other nationalities to join. Over all a very disappointing hotel which just does not want to entertain English tourists. We had a room safe which had vanished the day we arrived and it was replaced with an old faulty one despite trying to explain a safe is great if it opens. It took five attempts each time to open and get stuff out. A non smoking hotel that stinks of cigarettes as the staff all smoke in the fire escape exits and so the smoke just hangs around. Would we go back No chance The aquasis although more money is a far superior hotel with the same star rating as this hotel is claiming to have. Love holidays never again.
