Anda Barut Collection – Ultra All Inclusive

Newly opened problem, some problems with service but everyone try to make their best. I think next year it will be better.

Spent 2 weeks (06/09/2024-20/09/2024) in the Anda Barut Collection and can honestly say it is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Initially when we arrived, we were told that our room wasn’t ready (we booked an Adult Area Penthouse) as there was a problem with it. We wasn’t worried as it was only 2pm in the afternoon and spent the following hour in the extremely comfortable, spacious lobby, sipping some delicious beverages and enjoying lovely snacks. We were shown our room which we were told was an upgrade, however, it was in the Family Zone. The room was 2 bedrooms with a private pool and was absolutely stunning. If you travelled as a family, it would be ideal but we wanted to be in the Adult Zone so went back to reception. A special mention to Nazam (not sure of spelling!) on reception for her polite and kind way that she went above and beyond to help us, plus Ali from what we believe to be the technical services, that eventually led to us being upgraded to a Penthouse Adult Zone with private pool (in N block) from the second night onwards. The room and view was truly amazing. They have thought of every detail for your comfort in this hotel and we thought the service was great. One day we came back to our room around 2.30 (to make use of the lovely pool!) and our room had not been serviced. We called to reception and within 2 minutes 2 staff came to clean our room…. Please do not hesitate to book and ignore any bad reviews. The food and drinks quality is exceptional. We are already looking to book next year and we rarely return usually. Having been to many Barut hotels in Turkey (Acanthus & Cennet, Lara, Arum, Andiz & Kemer) we arrived to a nice welcome. We were a little disappointed not to be offered a welcome drink. We know from our past experiences that this is not the norm. So far we are impressed (apart from booking A La Carte restaurants).

After an excellent visit to Lara Barut in June we wanted to try a week in Anda Barut. In Lara there is a large model of Anda and for the last three years we have looked at it with anticipation. We had requested a two bed penthouse with pool in community with full sea view. We didn’t quite get what we had asked for so spoke with Guest Services and they arranged a Presidential Suite for us which was just lovely. It has a built in sauna and fantastic view of the Aegean (room 2409). We have always gone to Barut for the food and the service and they did not disappoint. Food was great and sometimes understated. We went to Fish Camp and ordered grilled bream. It was just a grilled fish and it was perfect. Nice addition in Zestful Bazaar of Turkish street food but there was massive choice of options. No Se had some great food too. The service in the restaurants I have mentioned was outstanding. Excellent service with a smile was notable and a good reason to go back. We bumped into Layla in Animation who was at Lara Barut and she FaceTimed Martin and Unal with us. No sunbed issues. If I had any criticisms it would be around teething problems which no doubt will get sorted. I would suggest that the patisserie also serve light sandwiches as an option for lunch for example. The big one for me was the beach. Gardens and pools are lovely but I like to go to the beach and this wasn’t really possible as it hasn’t been built yet. You can swim from the piers and there is what appears to be a makeshift beach in the adult zone. The vista and the Aegean Sea could be a massive draw for the hotel if they can sort it. My stay has taught me that Barut hotels are definitely worth visiting and if you have booked whatever the zone you are in you will have a great time

Just returned from a 1 week holiday at Anda Barut and so wish I could jump on a flight and go back again. Me & my family stayed in room 1024 (swim up room in family section) and were totally blown away by the room itself, facilities and overall service by all the staff and especially Sila (NoSe a La carte), Merve (Tiger a La carte), ‘big’ Emre and ‘small’ Emre in Guest Relations as well as Erenalp. The food, drinks and weather were all great and the only downside was we had issues with mosquitoes which was minor compared to our overall experience. Thank you Anda Barut and we will definitely be coming back some day!!

We had a lovely week with our 1 and 3 year olds- the food, restaurants and staff were brilliant, kids loved the kids areas and pools, felt like a great set up for families (but clever to have a separate section of the hotel which was adult only!). Fabulous to be able to borrow any baby items you need from buggies to baby baths. The splash pad was fun for the little ones but the slides were suited to slightly older children (even the ones aimed at younger kids were too cold and splashy for our children). We enjoyed all our meals and the resort is large so we felt like we had different places to sit and enjoy each day. We would absolutely return to this hotel for another holiday in future 😊 As it’s a new hotel there a few constructive comments I have for management (but these are not complaints and wouldn’t put me off returning!): lots of flies at breakfast- would be good to have the fly fan deterrents available for those who want one. There were sooo many amazing dips in the buffet- would be fabulous to see some flatbreads to eat with these (we have stayed in hotels where these are made freshly and are delicious). Service for drinks at breakfast was very slow- usually had to wait 5-10 mins to order a coffee, so perhaps provide a coffee station for those who want to self serve. Finally, staff were really noticeably on their phones a lot… I’m sure sometimes they were using it for work purposes but I watched many a lifeguard sitting in their stations, on their phones for extended periods….! As I say these are just comments for small improvements and our overall experience was really positive. Thank you for a wonderful holiday 😊

We were here at the end of August and we had a great time. Food is very good but you won’t be able to get into the a la carte restaurants for the first two days. The buffet is good. We loved the Asian restaurant. We had lunch mostly at the cape which was very good. The cocktails are amazing and well presented. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The rooms are well decorated and very clean. Breakfast buffet is huge and something for everyone. The kids as well as us enjoyed the slides. The amusements were good for the kids (11 and 9). They need more buggies!! Highly recommend this place
