Under new management. Working to bring up to standards. There was a problem in my room. When i told the manager he immediately called maintenance. He offered me a new room, but the problem could be deferred. The maintenance person came immediately and we reviewed the issue in the room. The bed was firm, room quiet and very reasonably pri.

None of the staff or managers wore name badges. The day counter person, a man, and the night counter person, a women. Both were extremely rude. Checked into room and had not even enough toilet paper on the roll for one use. Changed it out to the roll on the back of the toilet. When we asked for another one the night lady asked us our room number and why we needed the toilet paper. We were staying for 3 days. None of them had name tags on. Nor was there a name plaque in the manager on duty slot. Everytime we left our room and came back our key card did not work. Even running downside to go smoke. Had to have our key card reset several times (this appeared to be happening to every guest) and Everytime we had to have it reset they were very rude about it and never even once apologized and said they were sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Some guest appeared to have spilled/dropped some chips and cheese coming up the top of stairway A to the 2nd floor and it was there all 3 days.

Check in was great. First room was clean, went to turn heat on and wasn’t working. Maintenance came figured out what thought was the issue. He was great! Heater ran for 15min and tripped breaker this happened two more times before I called front desk. The night person was rude and kept insisting that I wait for maintenance. I stated I wouldn’t wait for maintenance as it’s an electrical issue. They did agree to switch us to a another room. The second room had a dirty towel in closet and rag wrapped around shower head. Upon looking closer rag was put there because shower head was broke and would spray water everywhere. We choose to not switch rooms again and just went to bed. Check out was better morning person was very nice but couldn’t offer any discount since manager was not available. we will not stay again.

Terrible. Issues from check-in taking 20 minutes, to the room - NO HOT WATER and not told upon check-in (next morning I was told it happened after I checked in); NO hot tub, with 2X4 and 2X6 boards and old tarp braced and laying on area (management stated it happened day prior?!); beds old, mattress was on broken frame. End story - I want my money refunded. WORST hotel in years.

I use this hotel to stay overnight when i have a long roadtrip and its good enough for that. There are some minor things that would bother me more if i were staying longer. Things like, the TV doesn't work, cobwebs in the corners of the room, the pet fee is actually $25 per night and not $10 as listed on ******* and lastly, you have to book a pet specific room which ******* doesn't give an option for. All in all, its cheap and close to the freeway so ill stay here again but i probably wont book through *******

Unfortunately this property is real dirty. We honestly considered leaving. We stayed only because we had prior commitments and were already running late.

The pictures are clearly old ! The perfect looking kids pool was dirty and literally had garbage in it. The room had vent covers hanging off the ceiling. The room as a mobility room which is fine but the shower head attached to nothing so you had to hold that to get washed. The shower chairs if you had needed them looked fairly unsafe, old and dirty. Breakfast - my daughter had 2 attempts to make waffles and still never managed to get a 'cooked' waffle.

we were bummed the little kid side of the pool was closed but we made the most of it on the big side. Overall good experience.

Checked in aroind midnight and the overnight guy was fun and friendly and very helpful
