這家的入住體驗實在是太差了，前台服務人員態度惡劣，給了我們整個酒店最遠、最角落、三面都靠近高速公路的地方，非常吵，當我去找她交涉的時候，她説我是通過網上第三方（攜程Ctrip）訂的，訂單上就是靠近高速公路的，我訂這家酒店時根本沒有高速公路這個選項，而且我付了1390元人民幣。反覆交涉並出示訂單後，終於給我換了一個稍微安靜一點的房間，整個折騰下來就已經深夜了。
還要説一下，就是為什麼入住這家酒店，也是攜程微導遊給我們推薦的，説是有利於去舊金山，結果根本就是反方向，來回換酒店折騰費時費力費錢，攜程海外服務水平也亟待提高啊。

因為鄰近住在LA的親戚而住这裏、房間很大、2張5呎大床还有很多地方、一般個人清潔用品(洗发液、護髮素、冲涼梘、落粧棉、潤膚乳等都有、沒有牙刷牙膏)、還有泳池、包了基本早餐(咖啡、果汁、水果、漢堡肉、面包、、、也很豐富。但不要向马路邊的房間、因為旁邊是高速公路、很嘈、如果大件行李最好要求地下1F的房間、因為它是兩層高的平房、沒有電梯的,很多泊車位、一轉出大路便有加油站、也很方便．整体都不錯的。

I almost always stayed at BW but seems like not all BW are the same, like other provides water bottles and this one is not…anyway it’s good

The property owners are rude. We had an issue checking in and instead of trying to help with the situation this lady yelled at us and proceeded to shame her employee since she had clicked something that she shouldn't have while checking us in. I felt so bad for the employee, I've stay here quite often and was didsapointed on how this lady treats the customers and employee.

the management is so rude and disrespectful, very unprofessional to staff and others. I had stayed here a couple of times but the management is just horrible. Not worth the money. Never again!!!
