We arrived late at night after 23hrs travel from our home in the UK, we receptionist gave us a very warm welcome and understood our need to get checked in and into our room, they could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Fresh fruit and snacks were waiting for us in the room and plenty of bottled water. The breakfast is a buffet style setting with plenty of choice, I asked if there was poached egg and although these were not available the chef prepared me 2 perfect poached eggs . I sat and watched the sunrise behind the bridge adjacent to the hotel whilst enjoying a nourishing and plentiful . When we returned to our room we noticed that the fridge was not working, we contacted reception and a brand new fridge was delivered and installed within 30mins. We used the laundry on our 3rd day, I spoke to a member of staff who said that she would get it all dry and deliver it to the room so that we could get out and about. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and each time has been a pleasurable experience but this time it was so special and it genuinely felt like home. A special mention to the 2ladies on reception who were so helpful and also gave us free breakfast on our last morning because we were regulars. Xiao Zhang and Xiao Luo

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful from the front desk, enquiry desk and restaurant staff to the operator. Special thanks to Ms Jiang Li, she helps us a lot and make our stay enjoyable. The room is clean and spacious, bed comfortable and variety of fruits over 3 nights. We feel the warmth when we return to our room every night. Breakfast selection was great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

Stayed for 1 night mid Nov. Refurbished hotel. Check in good, self-service laundry good, location good, breakfast not good. There's supposed to be a gym, but I couldn't find it. Has a few TV channels showing movies in english. This place is busy. I would stay here again for the right price

新酒店住起就是巴適，床單被套不但很乾凈而且很新，睡起舒服，傢俱也是全新的，看起來到處都乾乾淨淨，熱水水量大，温度合適這是我很喜歡的。前台的小妹兒看到我也笑咪咪的，很親切。酒店裡面有一個很寬敞的免費停車場，對我們這種開車出門的，真是太方便了，特別推薦的是酒店就在湖邊上出門就可以看湖景，德陽的夜景真的是不要太美了，特別推薦

週末自駕成都周邊遛娃，入住德陽漢瑞至友酒店，體驗很棒。地理位置超優越，離石刻公園、文廟都很近，步行就能抵達。房間格局舒服，客廳開闊，大床睡起來很安逸。店家貼心配備小童用品，考慮十分周到。設施齊全、衞生乾淨，出行遊玩特別省心，非常推薦親子家庭入住！

酒店房間很不錯，很大很寬敞，床也很軟，進入房間是智能的，直接叫小度，小度，打開什麼什麼就會給你打開的，非常的方便，早餐也很豐盛，七點半到12點的，像我們這種睡懶覺的，很適合

ฉันชอบสไตล์ของโรงแรมนี้มาก เรียบง่ายและชัดเจน สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ บริการดีมาก พี่สาวที่แผนกต้อนรับเป็นกันเองและแข็งแกร่ง อาหารเช้าก็ดีมาก สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบดี สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องใหม่ ฉันไปวัดขงจื๊อและเล่น น้องสาวของโรงแรมแนะนําขนมดีมาก ไปอุทยานแกะสลักหิน ใกล้ที่ตั้งโรงแรมมาก โดยรวมคุ้มราคา แนะนําให้มาพัก มีโอกาสจะมาอีก
