The furniture was badly scratched and damaged. The carpet was nearly worn out. The desk chair fabric was worn, and even the trashcans were rusted inside. Overall, the room needed to be remodeled. My room was cleaned once after the first day of a five-day stay. The cleaning staff didn't come until 2:30-3 pm on days three and four. I attended training classes and events between 9 am and 2 pm. I will probably not book a room at a Wyndham Hotel again. I should have taken photos.

They charged my card an additional 300$ for NO REASON…like literally for no reason no one could provide me a reason nor receipt the front desk people were far from professional and the room honestly wasn’t much to look at PLUS THEIR BBQ CHICKEN FLATBREAD PIZZA GAVE ME FOOD POISONING 🤢

地點在市中心，房間能看到對岸加拿大。裝修破舊，衞生條件不大好，大床房感覺床很少也太軟，第一晚發覺沒有沐浴露，但竟然沒有服務員能送過來，要我們到前台拿。早餐14刀加税及小費，算是不錯，價格也便宜

沒有免費早餐，早餐需要另付費用一個人22刀，而且入住時間是下午三點，不能提前入住，退房時間是上午11點，很早。
感覺對不起這個價格，也就位置比較好吧

When I arrived at the hotel there was white stuff all around the bottom of the bed the room was dirty and it was smelling of smoke there were two people working cleaning a room and arguing it was a total disappointment

This hotel is always reliable. Simple check in and check out. Clean and comfortable rooms with a nice view. It’s become an easy and reliable stop when I travel for business.

We got into our room the dust on everything was terrible!! There was a clicking noises in the bathroom all night. Just dirty and would not stay again.

All night long could hear the elevators in our room. Could easily hear People in hallway. Room did not have a hair dryer as stated as part of the amenities.
