This is an exceptional hotel, from the convenient location in regards to the Ford Field Stadium to the excellent service provided by the staff, Michael was patient in funding our reservation, as my name has changed since using my membership! There is a restaurant in the hotel with excellent food, which we really appreciated after spending the entire day at the Stadium for the State Wrestling Tournaments, which start early and end late! The breakfast buffet in the morning is also exceptional with a wide selection of items! It was very good as was again the exceptional service! This is definitely our favorite and we will be back next year!!!

Booked 2 queen rooms and requested they be near each other, arrived at hotel and was told rooms would not be near each other but they could give us 2 king suites with pull outs next to each other. We opted for that option and when we got to the rooms they were hot and AC wouldnt stay running. The mattresses on the pull out couch are HORRIBLE, spring were popping out. Hotel should be ashamed of calling that a suitable sleeping option.

Everything was great we stayed at the hotel because we went to a concert at little Caesars Arena! The staff was super friendly and helpful ❤️

We booked a room for 4….a junior suite. The pullout couch had only a thin cover over metal coil springs. We asked for a topper which they didn’t bring and after 45mins we asked again. A cover equivalent to a sheet was delivered. My husband and son slept on the floor. The toilet ran very loudly on and off all night. The tv was broken. When I complained, the front desk woman was very rude and condescending. The manager was kind and polite and comped a breakfast which was equally disappointment.

Hotel was nice. Service very good. Was disappointed to learn later that to park on site you must use valet and it cost $45. We had an off site event and they like to gouge you for parking in Detroit. So be forewarned!

Great hotel stay! We could not ask for a better location to Ford Field, I think 3 blocks. You can see the stadium from the front of the hotel.
Every employee that we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful from the valet, front desk, to the breakfast attendant in the dining area.
Our room the junior king suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. This is a nice hotel stay in a great location, we will definitely be back!
If you are planning to go to a Detroit Lions game this is the way to go. You just need to make sure you are staying the night of the game, too for the parking. We parked Saturday when we arrived and grabbed our car upon checkout on Monday morning.

The staff was amazing!! Friendly and helpful!! The room was clean but the top dead bolt lock did not lock. Will definitely stay again, next time we are in Detroit.
