Great location in LODO. The Cruise Room has fantastic cocktails. Bourbon tasting is a nice touch I. The lobby.

Awesome vibe. Cruiser room and Urban Farmer were excellent. Staff in particular the valet/doormen were great in frigid temps.

Cute historic hotel, convenient to Union Station. Nice decor for the holidays, good restaurant and spa. Valet parking, but expensive. Continental b-fast ended too early (9a) and there were not tables. Also it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

The accommodations were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. My lower rating is only due to the lack of refrigerator or microwave in the room. No vending machines. Had to request ice from the desk. The continental breakfast was dried out pastries and muffins. Would have expected better from this caliber hotel.

Our favorite hotel for city stays, we feel at home here. It's all top notch - the BEST location, especially for walking; super friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile; thoughtful amenities and special offerings like live music and whiskey tasting in the evening; interesting architecture, art and history, beautiful rooms. Stay here at least once!

I enjoyed my staying at the hotel. It was quiet, clean and safe. My only comment would be to add the serviced room as a usual service instead of asking the front desk for it.

Beautifully appointed lobby and rooms. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
For later arrival guests, would be nice to have food options after 10pm.
Add water as an option for continental breakfast. Otherwise the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.
