Very beautiful, cosy apartment block. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Dénia, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. For shared use: beautiful garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, roofed, parking. Supermarket 550 m, restaurant, bar 170 m, sandy beach 400 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, marina 1.5 km, surf school 500 m, sailing school 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The apartment is located in the best area of Denia. It has a swimming pool and Jacuzzi in the common areas with direct access from the garden, being a calm and quiet urbanization. The apartment is well cared for, highlight that it has hardly any utensils.

Very pleasantly surprised, The apartment catered for all our needs, albeit a the bathrooms need some work. The location could not have been better, ideal for the beach and supermarket. The pool and garden area were very well kept. Denia town is a very spe

Très joli appartement et bon emplacement 3 année que nous le prenons facile d'accès pour aller en ville belle piscine mais jacuzzi fermé trop vite

El apartamento está en una de las mejores zonas de Denia. A 10 minutos andando del casco urbano y a 500m de la playa Punta de Raset.La urbanización no le falta detalle, piscina, jacuzzi, el apartamento tiene acceso directo desde la terraza.Bastante Just
