Our stay was exceptional from the beginning with the driver meeting us at the airport and taking us to get SIM cards on the way - those little things that help in a new place. The hotel is an oasis in Medan, surrounded by greenery and grounds well maintained by the staff. The pool overlooks the river and the staff will bring any drinks or snacks down there for you. Rooms are comfortable and spread out across the property. The restaurant is first class and affordable. Overall it was a luxurious and relaxing trip and the family who runs it are super knowledgeable on Medan as well as the rest of Sumatra. Will be back next time I’m in Medan - so much more of Sumatra to still explore.

The rooms are good, nice and clean, I stay with my family during the year end holiday, the bath room good and clean, we took the family room and the room large and properly set up, thank you for Mr Suhendra Marjan the EHK who already set up the room properly and make our memorable holiday. The breakfast experience also there are many variant of food, I like mie gomak.

HHARTONO Tผมเข้าพักหนึ่งคืนในโรงแรมแอร์พอร์ตที่ใหม่และสะอาดมากแห่งนี้ โรงแรมนี้ตั้งอยู่ภายในท่าอากาศยาน(ฝั่งดิน) ด้านบนโถง arrival เพียงชั้นเดียว ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง สะอาด ห้องน้ําในตัว ห้องน้ําในตัว สะอาด ห้องน้ําในตัว สะอาด พนักงานบริการดี ๆ มากกว่าการพักโรงแรมที่ใกล้ๆ ที่คุณต้องการการขนส่งไปสนามบินเพื่อรับไฟลท์เช้า แต่โรงแรมนี้ให้ความโน้มน้าวใจมากในช่วงระยะเวลาที่เข้าพักสั้นๆ สถานที่กินเพียบตั้งแต่ Fast Food ไปจนถึงร้านอาหารที่มีอาหารอินโดนีเซีย ยังสามารถแฮงค์เอาท์ที่สตาร์บัคส์ที่โถงออกเดินทางได้ด้วย ล็อบบี้ใหญ่โตและมีที่ให้นั่งพักผ่อน ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่และทาด้วยอย่างดี ห้องน้ําแบบ rain shower และน้ําแรงดี เป็นข้อดี ภายในห้องพักมีน้ําดื่มฟรีและชงชากาแฟฟรี ไม่มีตู้เซฟในห้องภายในห้อง โทรทัศน์ LCD ขนาดใหญ่เป็นบวกด้วย พื้นห้องปูด้วยไม้และรู้สึกสบายมากในการเดินภายในห้องพัก สุดยอดสะอาด และพนักงานมีอัธยาศัยดี เค้ามีอาหารเช้าให้เป็นตัวเลือก ที่นี่เป็นโรงแรมแอร์พอร์ตที่ดีที่สุดแน่นอนและควรลองมาพักถ้าเกิดมาถึงดึกหรือต้องออกเดินทางแต่เช้าตรู่ ด้านลบหนึ่งคือเสียงประกาศบินได้ยินในบางห้องโดยเฉพาะห้องที่มีprefix “2xx”

ผผู้เข้าพักVery close and convenient to the airport. Rather than waiting for the free shuttle, we downloaded the Grab app for a fast pickup and ride. The hotel staff were very helpful via WhatsApp in advance of our stay and we appreciated their excellent communication skills in English while we were there. The breakfast was fun and impressive in a beautiful big dining room with lots of fresh food options and jazz music for ambiance. Room was very clean and spacious--we asked for an extra bed so three adults could stay in our room and they actually set it up with two extra beds! Would definitely stay here again going in or out of Medan. There is an ATM in the lobby, very helpful given the challenges of finding money exchangers. Note, the hotel's name has changed--it is now D'Prima Hotel Kualanamu, not Prime Plaza.

SSarahB784ข้อดี: ใกล้สนามบิน รถรับส่งสนามบินฟรีในบางเวลา ห้องพักขนาดใหญ่พร้อมเตียงนอนสบาย ที่นั่ง ตู้เย็นขนาดใหญ่ อุปกรณ์ชงชาและกาแฟ เครื่องปรับอากาศ ร้านกาแฟและซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดเล็กในระยะที่เดินได้ ข้อเสีย: พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้น้อยมาก ห้องฟิตเนสมีขนาดใหญ่และมีอุปกรณ์คาร์โบรนและน้ําหนักคุณภาพต่ํา แต่ต้องขอให้พนักงานเปิดไฟ นอกจากนี้ยังไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศแม้ว่าจะมีรีโมทเครื่องปรับอากาศอยู่ข้างใน เปิดหน้าต่างทั้งหมด แต่มันก็เหมือนกับการออกกําลังกายในซาวน่าซึ่งแทบจะเป็นไปไม่ได้ นอกจากนี้ยังไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวหรือน้ําดังนั้นเครื่องทั้งหมดที่ฉันใช้จึงเต็มไปด้วยเหงื่อ ไม่มีจุดที่จะมียิมถ้าคุณใช้ไม่ได้จริงๆ นอกจากนี้ยังต้องใช้เวลาในการหาเพราะพนักงานส่วนใหญ่ไม่สามารถบอกฉันได้ว่าอยู่ที่ไหน เราไม่สามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากรถรับส่งสนามบินได้เนื่องจากเวลามีจํากัด ไม่มีรถรับส่งหลัง 09.00 จนถึง 12.00 เราถามว่าพนักงานสามารถสั่งแท็กซี่ให้เราได้ไหมและบอกให้เราใช้แอปแกร็บแกร็บ ค่าแท็กซี่65k. แทบไม่มีกระดาษชําระในห้องเลยต้องขอเพิ่มซึ่งพนักงานไม่เข้าใจ น่าเสียดายเล็กน้อยเพราะมีการปรับเปลี่ยนและการฝึกอบรมพนักงาน นี่อาจเป็นโรงแรมที่ดี

VV8903ODfranknRooms/beds ok and clean for Indonesian standards. However, staff do not speak English, which I cannot understand for a hotel so close to the airport. Check-in took very long - even for the Indonesian guests in front of me. No explanation about the rooms, which story I have to go etc. You are let alone. Further, they scam with the airport shuttle service. It used to be free before Corona, now you have to pay 50k, but BE AWARE, they charge this per booking and not per group. I was with a group with two separate bookings and they charged us 100k, which is ridiculously much for this 10min ride. But still one car. Better book a Grab! Cheaper and no scam.

ผผู้เข้าพักเป็นที่พักที่ดีมาก โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับถนนสายหลักและสามารถเข้าถึงเมือง Lubuk Pakam ได้สะดวก ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่และสะอาดพร้อมพนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดี สถานที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับสนามบิน Kuala Namu พร้อมรถรับส่งโรงแรมฟรี อาจใช้บริการ Grab ไปมา

Ffoodinthehoodsgผมพักที่โรงแรม 1 และมันยอดเยี่ยมมาก! ผมพักที่นั่นกับคนอื่นอีก 2-3 คน แต่ห้องพักที่เราได้เป็น 2 ห้องนอน 2 เตียงเดี่ยวๆ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในดินที่ค่อนข้างว่างเปล่า จริงๆ แล้ว แต่มีที่พักใกล้ๆ ร้านค้าสะดวก และมีร้านอาหารสองสามร้าน ตัวโรงแรมสูง 5 ชั้น (ผมว่า) มีลิฟท์ 2 ตัว และปูพรมไว้เต็มชั้นบนๆ ส่วนห้องพักก็ HUGE สําหรับ 1 bedroom ! อีกทั้งยังมีโทรทัศน์ทํางานและกาต้มน้ําไฟฟ้าขนาดเล็กไว้ให้คุณทําเครื่องดื่มร้อนหรือทําก๋วยเตี๋ยวแมกกี้ ห้องน้ําก็กว้างขวางมากมีประตูกระจกใสๆ เปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้าเช็ดตัวให้เราทุกวันและได้รับการทําความสะอาด-ไม่มีคราบที่เห็นได้ชัด พนักงานของโรงแรมสุภาพและให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี อีกทั้งยังให้บริการอาหารเช้าฟรีซึ่งอร่อยอย่างเด็ดขาดโดยเฉพาะกล้วยช็อกโกแลตทอดของพวกเขา! อีกด้วย จะมีขนมปังปิ้งกับแยมให้ตลอดแม้กินแล้วจะชอบข้าวผัดหรือก๋วยเตี๋ยวก็พลาดไม่ได้ ของตกแต่งของโรงแรมโดยภาพรวมสวยทันสมัยและอลังการ บรรยากาศคึกคักตลอด ่ไม่ต้องพูดถึง Wifi ของเค้ามีให้ใช้ฟรีและเชื่อมต่อได้เรื่อยๆ

I had a flight booked for very early and was coming from Lake Toba the day before. This was a great choice to stay and the room was clean but small. There's plenty of food around and you even get a voucher for a hot drink and a snack at the restaurant next door. Also coffee and toast starts at 4.30 am which is handy. 50000 airport taxi is reasonable too.
