I stayed in the suite - the hotel's largest room - for two nights in May. This hotel is certainly the most upscale option in Delft. The design details of the room were impressive - if aesthetics are something you value in a hotel stay, Hotel ****naal delivers. I loved the soaking tub in the room, and the additional seating area in front of the oversized window overlooking the canal. The TV set up at the foot of the bed was jarring with the rest of the room design, I wished that there was a way to push the TV stand down so that it did not block the visibility of the rest of the room. I liked the bluetooth speaker/record player, although I was confused because it was nonfunctional (the needle was missing) yet came with two vinyls. It did work as a speaker. I enjoyed daily breakfast and appreciated that there were many delicious options available including on-demand hot options. Cons: I wished there had been somewhere to lock a bike in the hotel's courtyard versus on the street. It was loud outside at night, and sound carried into the room. This didn't bother me, but some guests might have taken issue. My friend who lives in the area noted that there's a fraternity on the same block. Classes had just ended, so maybe the revelry isn't an issue normally. The hotel had very limited onsite bar/dining options outside of breakfast. I went down to order a cocktail 30 minutes before closing, and was told they were only able to offer beer or wine at that point. I'm assuming because they had already done bar cleanup for the night, but still... I was surprised given the upscale positioning of the hotel. Overall, I really appreciated my stay at Hotel ****naal and found the experience quite serene and elevated. Book the suite!

Beautiful and elegant hotel close to the highway. Ideal for those travelling by car. Spacious and clean rooms.

We stopped for 5 nights, (1-5th June) and here are our comments. Pros Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a large impressive selection and catered for all our needs. The rooms were equipped with a small fridge and a kettle, however the sachets of coffee etc., were not always replenished. Cons There was a lack of local information, i.e. bus/train/tram times and an idea of costs, and where to catch them. This would cost a very small amount of money to fix, i.e print out local schedules, or displayed on a local screen so it can be easily viewed and updated. Whilst asking at reception we found that the younger generation receptionists did not know, and were unable to find out. (e.g. phone the train station and ask!). The more mature staff were more helpful, but were not always on duty. There appeared to be a lack of general staff, e.g. when returning from the town, wishing to have a drink, there were no staff behind the bar. This was every evening, so not just a one off, so we had drinks at the Campanile (just down the road) instead. In summary a reasonable hotel, but let down by not getting the basics right.

Hotel was clean and modern and the staff on the front desk were outstanding and very helpful, especially the two ladies on duty. They helped me with taxi issues and I am truly thankful. Will definitely return for another stay because of the staff.

พัก 1 nt. โรงแรมอยู่สุดทางออกเอสพลานาด วิวสวยและพระอาทิตย์ตกดินเหนือทะเล น่ารักๆ ในการเช็คอิน เราสอบถามเกี่ยวกับห้อง standard และ superior เนื่องจากเราไม่ได้คาดหวังการมาเยือนของผู้หญิงที่ reception ด้วยความพยายาม มาก อาจขายห้อง superior ให้เราได้ แต่เมื่อดิฉันถามว่า เราจะสามารถดูได้ทั้งสองห้อง เธอบอกว่าไม่ เนื่องจากเธออยู่คนเดียว บน reception (โรงแรมอื่นเราได้รับกุญแจให้มองหาตัว) ในอดีต ห้อง standard sea view สวยมากแต่เธอไม่ได้แนะนําว่าเราจําเป็นต้องจองไปทานอาหารในร้านอาหารและเนื่องจากเป็นช่วงเย็นวันจันทร์เราไม่ได้คิดว่ามันจะจําเป็นเราผิดมีเชฟบนแค่ 1 คน จึงไม่สามารถทานที่นั่นได้ ตัดสินใจเดินเข้าเมืองไปกินข้าวเส้นทางถนนแน่นอนโรงแรมแนะนําทางด้านหลังโดยท่าเรือไม่วางแผนดีหลังจากมืดๆ นานๆ สํารวจทางออกถูกบล็อกเลยติดถนน เช็คเอ้าท์ตอนเช้าและได้ทานอาหารเช้าน่ารักๆ ในเมืองเก่า ที่ร้านเบเกอร์สวยๆ ดีกว่า 25€ ea ที่โรงแรม พนักงานน่ารักทุกคน น่ารักมาก พนักงานน่ารักทุกคน จะมาพักอีกถ้าไปเที่ยวหาด den Haag สวยๆ

ตรวจสอบการเข้าและออกง่าย ๆ มีกาแฟและชาห้องพักสะอาดสุด ๆ เตียงที่ดีฝักบัวอาบน้ําที่ดีใกล้กับชายหาดรถรางโรงละครละคร ****** เส้นทางร้านอาหารมากมายบนถนนและ Mac อย่างรวดเร็วไปที่มุมแน่นอนเป็นคําแนะนํา

หลังจากอ่านรีวิวในแง่ลบต่างๆ (หลังจากจองทริปของฉัน!) ฉันค่อนข้างกังวลเกี่ยวกับการเข้าพักที่นี่จํานวนคืน เมื่อมาถึง รู้สึกประหลาดใจที่พบว่า โรงแรมสะอาดมาก ถึงแม้กระบวนการเช็คอินจะใช้เวลานาน.mThe room iIที่ได้รับมีขนาดเล็กแต่ค่อนข้างรับได้กับความต้องการของฉันและค่อนข้างสะอาด ขึ้นห้องครั้งนึงผมพยายามโทรลงไปที่ reception เพื่อชี้แจงเรื่องเล็กน้อย พวกเขาไม่สนใจการโทรของผม ผมโทรไป 1 ครั้ง ในรอบ 2 นาที บน one attemnpt ให้มันดังถึง 10 นาที ไม่มีการตอบรับใดๆ ในที่สุดฉันก็พบข้อมูลที่ฉันต้องการ ในข้อมูลแผ่นเล็กๆ หลังจากดูอย่างระมัดระวัง วันต่อมาลาจากงานมาทําธุระอยากอยู่ห้องเพื่อเขียนอีเมล์และอื่นๆ เลยวางออก'โปรดแต่งหน้าห้องให้ตอนนี้ลงชื่อตอน 8 โมงเช้าแล้วออกไปทานอาหารเช้า พนักงานก็น่ารักมากๆ มีคนทําความสะอาดที่ชั้นอยู่ 4 หรือ 5 คน ซึ่งผ่านช่วงกลางวัน ขณะที่ผมมาและไปพวกเขาดูเหมือนจะตัดสินใจแล้วว่าควรจะทําห้องเดี่ยวทุกห้องยกเว้นของผม ผมต้องไปรีเซฟชั่นอีกครั้งรอบเวลาอาหารกลางวันเนื่องจากพบว่ากุญแจของผมเสีย องสุภาพบุรุษที่ reception ใช้เวลา 25 นาที (ผมใช้เวลานี้) แค่สามารถสร้างกุญแจใหม่ให้ผมได้ และไม่มีคําอธิบายใดๆ นอกจาก ”ระบบกําลังเล่นขึ้น” อีกด้วย ณ เวลานี้ผมสอบถามเป็นพิเศษว่าเขาจะให้แน่ใจว่าห้องผมจัดให้หรือเปล่าและผมก็มั่นใจว่าเขาจะติดต่อแม่บ้านให้แน่ใจว่ามันจะเรียบร้อย ผมออกไปทานอาหารกลางวัน ผมกลับก่อนสามโมงแล้วห้องก็ยังว่างอยู่ ไป reception คราวนี้ไปลงทะเบียนบ่นก็ค่อนข้างพูดห้วนๆ ”นี่ jsut เพราะพนักงานทําความสะอาดไม่ว่าง” พนักงานทําความสะอาด พูดจาห้วนๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ งุ่นวายทั้งวันทําทุกห้องยกเว้นห้องเดียวที่มีป้ายแขวน ”กรุณาแต่งหน้าห้องเดี๋ยวนี้” !! ดิฉันขอคุยกับผู้จัดการก็โดนปฏิเสธ ชัดเจนจากการตอบรับที่หลบหนีกับ requrest ของฉันว่าพนักงานต้อนรับไม่อยากให้ฉันพูดกับmana gera หลังจากที่ผมบอกว่าอยากคุยกับผู้จัดการจริงๆ ผมถูกบอกเธอ wa busy แต่จะไปด้วยในไม่ช้า ผมคาดหวังว่าเขาจะทําอะไรเพื่อติดต่อผู้จัดการเช่นรับโทรศัพท์หรือไปหาเธอ, อย่างที่เขาเพียงแค่เริ่มที่จะไม่สนใจผมและเริ่มจัดการกับลูกค้าอีกคนหนึ่งซึ่งพฤติกรรมที่ผมพบไม่สุภาพมากที่สุด เมื่อผมโต้แย้งเรื่องนี้ เขาพูดอย่างหงุดหงิดว่า ”ผมจัดการปัญหาของคุณด้วยอีเมล์ คุณแค่ไม่สามารถเห็นสิ่งที่ผมเขียนบนหน้าจอของฉัน” 15 นาทีของการทรีทเม้นท์เงียบนี้ผ่านไป ผมถามผู้จัดการอีกครั้งและถูกบอกไว้ว่าเธอยุ่งเกินไปที่จะคุยกับผม ผมกลับเข้าห้องแล้วแม่บ้านทําความสะอาดก็มาถึงในที่สุด 1500 การบริการที่ล้มเหลวเหล่านี้คงไม่เข้ากับโรงแรมระดับ 3 * แต่ข้อเท็จจริงของเรื่องนี้คือความรําคาญเหล่านี้เป็นเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบุคคลทั้งหมด มันไม่ใช่ปัญหาที่ผิดปกติใดๆ - สิ่งเหล่านี้เป็นปกติ, และจัดการอย่างสง่างามแม้กระทั่งราคาถูกของโรงแรม ฉันคาดหวังเพิ่มเติมจากสิ่งที่เรียกว่า 5 start property ฉัน เสียดายจริงๆ ในฐานะที่ล่าสุดของเอง

After stay at the Copenhagen CityHub I thought why not give this Rotterdam one a go as my experience before was great. Well firstly my god it was noisy, I had requested a quiet pod in the hotel as I'm a very light sleeper (even with earplugs in and pillow overhead lol) . So I was placed near the toilets/showers.... Ding ding ding alarms should have been going off then as the amount of banging those toilets/showers doors and the thumping of the people who sounded like they was thumping past all the pods (request a top pod in future). With ear plugs I was woken up early by other pod users who didn't have a care about anybody else who would have even been asleep as long as the could have a chat in the hall ways as loud as possible. So if you are going out and getting drunk this hotel is perfect for you but if you are on a sightseeing trip and wanting a early night we'll best of luck with that. None of my USB chargers were working in my pod but luckily I had brought a plug with more than 1 socket on it for charging. You get what you pay here and for a single person it's the cheapest option in the city. Lockers are huge and fitted my large suitcase in very easily. Staff very helpful as usual especially the American guy. Would I stay again, I'm afraid I wouldn't at this one as far too noisy for me. Maybe big groups shouldn't be all put on same floor and then they can meet in area downstairs and chat as loud as possible as they want at any time that suits them.
