Hampton Inn by Hilton Wichita Northwest

Newer hotel and very clean. We had to call for assistance to check in. The clerk wasn’t very friendly. We left and came back a couple of times through the day/evening, not once were we ever greeted or acknowledged. When we left in the morning the clerk just looked at us, no smile, no thank you, never asked again if we enjoyed our stay etc. Our bed was ok but the pillows were terrible.

Very nice hotel. Staff was great. I stayed here after getting surgery, so I wanted something comfortable & clean. When we first checked in we noticed the maids forgot to check the fridge & there was someone’s leftovers in there. We also noticed the window shade was broken & the pieces to the shade were sitting on the bed next to the window, it looked like they were trying to fix the shade & then forgot to come back & finish the job. We called the front desk to let them know it wasn’t us who did it so we wouldn’t be charged. But other than these two very small incidents we were very happy with the place. Very nice place to recover from surgery.

We stay about twice a year and every time everyone is so nice! This trip a gentleman named Javier worked serving breakfast. He was so kind to every single person. He got to know everyone and their families. We had to add two extra days onto our trip and the front desk staff made it easy and we were able to keep our same room each time. As always, we will be back.

A lot of wear and tear for a newer property. Bath tub finish chipped multiple places Control to drapes broken. Stains on carpet. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast good.

Nice hotel, staff was great. Lady that did the breakfast was super nice.

Everything is what we expected, stayed here before and will most likely stay again. The only thing we noticed was other customers waiting for assistance at the front counter on three different occasions in our short stay. Employees ought to be informed of customers waiting for assistance sooner than they are apparently.

I appreciated the clean and quiet accommodations. The breakfast buffet was especially a treat for my family. Everyone was very kind and extremely helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very much enjoyed our brief stay. Only recommendation would be to review TV remote as it didn't work unless you were quite close to the TV. Other than that great stay.
