Room cleaned and good, food is excellent, morning breakfast, dinner all good, this is a great hotel , beautiful place to stay with a great location all staff reception , housekeeping, , and service staff all friendly and kindness, thank you for your kindness and care, services. The har ki paudi is 4 km only, thank you🙏 😊

Good Service esp from Abhijeet and Prassoom who assisted for an emergency. Room service is ok. Reception and Counter staff very polite and helpful. Rooms needs upgrading especially the toilets and television. Breakfast is limited. Dinner buffet can improve

I stayed here everything is perfect during out stay Mr prasoon jha guide us to best hotelier ever I have seen and knowledgeable too will come again. During our stay he helped us so much and the food was awesome really loved it. Good knowledge of local areas to visit.

Food have no m varities, too salty, the plates are old have scratch, It have to be cleaned very well, e. g under the bed and under tables,... always there is a dust: it have to be prepared without salt. everyone can have table salt on the table. please don't add salt! 😭

Great service, great staff they really are charmers. One of the best experiences I have had in a hotel and it’s restaurant in a long long time. Experiences like this make you realise that without good staff a Restaurant is nothing. I hope they are paid well..

The rooms and service was very good . Especially Kavita and Neha were very good. The hotel is value for money . The location is 5-6 kms from the ghat. But it is located on the main road so it's a good calm place . I would come back here if I come to haridwar.

Excellent service , good for family stay. All staffs are very friendly and supportive. Will come again. Thanks for service ☺️. Wheelchair assistance is also provided to needy one. Location is also fine, just few km away from Haridwar ki paudi..
