離機場近，孩子到機場晚了都會住在那裡，房間也算乾淨，床比較大，就是提前定比入住當天定貴了快200塊錢了

Checked in and was assigned a room. Went to the room and it wasn’t cleaned & you could clearly see that.
Assigned another after going back down to the front desk, second room was a little bit better but not to the expectations you’d expect. Honestly think they just made the bed. Luckily we travel with disinfectant wipes and did a quick wipe down before we relaxed for the night. Free shut was was to use and definitely convenient.

Two rooms we're unsatisfactory..the first hadn’t been touched by housekeeping and even had an unflushed toilet. The second had an air conditioning unti stuck at 65 degrees in the middle of winter. No heat at all.
Transportation was sketchy. At the airport I was told to walk to apick up area . The driver arrived at a different location. We had to telephone each other and it was freezing cold

The heated swimming pool was amazing very relaxing quiet campus even with a huge hockey team of kids, staying there place was clean. Food was great for breakfast and my room was spotless. I would definitely recommend this place.

Free shuttle service was provided, communication from front desk to driver sometimes didn’t match what I was told. First night arrival at midnight, i couldn't see the van. Next morning shuttle driver to take me back to airport , they couldn't find the driver.
Room had to be changed 3 times as my 1st hadn’t been cleaned.Second room had only air conditioning and no heat Third room was ok

Rooms are a little dated, and maintenance is lacking slightly. Staff is disorganized at 8 AM while I was in the shower the cleaning staff was trying to enter my room.

Did not get the room we were promised. Asked for a late check-out was told had to follow up with manager. We were on hold 20 min and never given an answer. Breakfast was bad too.

It’s convenient for a place to stay if you have an early flight out and don’t want to add drive time to your morning! We had a room that had a ac/heating unit that had been “fixed up” but the thermostat was non existent. It was set at 68 and woke up a couple hours later sweating to death and the room feeling like it was in the mid 80s. Was not prepared to be barbecued but now that I know..I’ll just make sure I turn the heat off before bed lol
