We were unaware of it being a teenager/middle school type facility. The staff did control the noise. Thank you... We had to take a COLD showers due to no hot water. Not good However the staff was very kind and explained due to the large census the water heater can't keep up !! The rooms were funky And could have used a chair besides desk chair to sit on.. An overall FIVE stars to the staff... very nice and cordial.

Our check in experience was wonderful and easy however it should never be the best part of the stay.
Our first night was enjoyable and fine. Our second night was a huge disappointment bc there was a young group of volleyball players and their parents/ coaches- that chose to let them behave and run wild. There was complete chaos and even the hotel staff was annoyed. We weren’t able to use the facilities or enjoy the lounge bc of 50+ 7th-8th grades running, screaming and carrying on.
When we did ask the hotel for an extra blanket - we were forgotten about and the kids running up and down the halls was not addressed - so I spoke to them and a parent.
When speaking with the dismissive front desk attendant in the morning - she said there was nothing they could do.
Agree to disagree on that statement.

The hotel was very nice. We liked the room setup. The only concern we had was that the seal on the shower door was not tight so when we showered the floor outside the shower got all wet.

The Aloft in Green Bay is a great property. The staff are amazing. The location is great. Spent time in the lobby playing tons of games. Everything was clean and the service was top notch. I would recommend this hotel without reservation.

We had a 1 night stay on New Years. We were promptly greated as we walked in the door. Check in was fast and easy. The room and hotel was very clean and well maintained. Check out was fast.
